Area very nice, quiet... But the house is worn, has defects: e.g. rusty kettle, dirty coffee machine, the same with blinds-walls-upholstery- glasses, floor defective-columns-boards come up, tripping hazards, stairs very steep, not suitable for small child

So far the apartment was okay. Except for a few little things where we live with. Plain and simple but we felt very comfortable.
