Very nice service, next to the walking street. If you like to meet lots of *********** and begging kids on the way to your hotel it’s a nice location. If not better choose another location. The rooftop pool was perfect. I booked a room with a balcony, sadly only view you get is on a dirty concrete wall. All in all personally I wouldn’t stay there again, I would book a hotel in the center

Brilliant hotel in every department. Immaculately clean and service 5 star. Having travelled for a long time and stayed in lots of places , I'd put the staff from door attendant, reception, bar staff, room service, infact everyone with a special mention to the chef who perfected my unusual chilli omelette . Truly amazing stay. 10 out of 10 to this great hotel and staff

Great location close to walking street with rooftop dining and swimming pool

Had been about 6 years since I last stayed here. For the most part it is the same although a bit more expensive than in the past. The pool and rooftop are great! The bed is average at best, would be expect a much softer/comfortable bed for the price. I would stay here again, if the price point drops to a more competitive rate.

Everything was fine. A couple of things they can improve on is maybe a dining table and chairs in rooms, no balcony is a downside. The roof top restaurant could do with a brush up on their service as quite often, you could be sitting there and nobody will notice you even if you press the buzzer many times. Other than that all good.

I loved this place. Beautiful room with all you need. Friendly staff. The only minus point is the restaurant is not the best quality. But there are so many places around to eat, and you can order Grab, so it doesn't really matter.

Pleasanr hotel but old. The hotel's location is very near to the Walking Street and the staff is friendly.
