The cleanliness was on point and the cleaning lady was really nice. Reception was alright, but I had to wait 2 days for someone to come and fix the shower cable, after I had told them 3 times.
Even after the shower cable was ‘fixed’ though, there was still water coming out of the shower plate, which developed a small flooding each time I would shower.
That, I had told them too.
They did offer another room, but I was staying just for 3 nights, so I declined.
Okay, in the overall.

Siamo stati con un gruppo di turisti francesi per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo ,con lo staff di accoglienza (Graziana) ed anche soprattutto coccolati in sala ristorante da Giovanni , che aveva un riguardo per tutte le esigenze dei clienti. Complimenti allo chef per il buon cibo !

Hotel confortevole, pulito e silenzioso. Ottimo lo stile dei bagni ed i prodotti per l’igiene personale. Personale molto professionale e cortese Ottimo ristorante e relativo servizio. Ambiente riservato adatto a viaggi di lavoro ed a famiglie

Personale dell’hotel gentilissimo e super disponibile. Posizione ottima perché le camere sono silenziose, e si è vicini al corso principale dove ci sono bellissimi negozi. Hanno anche un servizio taxi. Camera pulitissima, moderna e accogliente.consigliatissimo.

30 dicembre 2023 cena incomprensibile e non commentabile meglio cenare in un Fast food... cenone e pranzo del 1° gennaio 2024 voto 6, CENA da dimenticare sotto ogni aspetto peggiore di quella del 30 dicembre... unica persona da salvare la cameriera Alessia in sala da pranzo. Capodanno da dimenticare... Pranzo del 2 gennaio voto 6 ad essere buoni. N.B.: in vita mia non mi è mai capitato imposizione di menù fisso e senza buffet presentato solo a colazione.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, camere stazione e pulite, alcune ristrutturate di recente, altre no e la differenza si vede, colazione ordinaria, non tantissima scelta ma adegata. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, la posizione ottima

Sinceramente è un po vetusto, le camere principalmente, ma il personale per la professionalità, l’educazione e la disponibilità fa si che resti un dettaglio, colazione e cena buona ma anche quì per il personale passa in secondo piano, ci torno sicuro

Stanche dal viaggio decidiamo di fermarci in questo hotel a metà strada della nostra meta! L’hotel è centrale, in un complesso residenziale con parcheggio privato e coperto. Camera matrimoniale pulita e ampia, stanza non proprio silenziosa, ma nel complesso abbiamo riposato decisamente bene! Nella nostra camera mancava il telo da bagno, ci vorrebbe un po’ di accortezza per chi alloggia qui! Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene! Personale gentile e cordiale! Colazione compresa nel prezzo da scegliere tra dolce e salato! L’hotel dispone anche di un ristorante dove non abbiamo cenato poiché arrivati oltre l’orario!
