Well located. 10 minutes walk to the lighthouse and perfect connection towards Bleik. The service and the details of the hotel are very good. They try to help in all your needs. Buffet good, continental but local dishes too. View towards the see and the village

Very easy to locate on the right hand side when driving into and along Andenes Main Street. Parking is just at the side of hotel. Arrived mid afternoon and the check-in queue was rather long.... apparently there had been a computer systems failure earlier but in true good natured holiday style all guests were smiling/chatting with each other despite the longish in-line wait accompanied by free coffee and cakes!). Reception answered every question and our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast started at 7 o'clock and offered a good standard Norway style selection. The hotel is probably one of the furthest out from the port (Andenes- Gryllefjord ferry) but is still only a 4 minute drive away.

Clean, well appointed hotel with good sized room. Great if you are visiting for whale watching (I don’t think there are many other reasons to visit Andenes) Staff very welcoming. Breakfast was really nice, all fresh and well presented. Good place for a stop off.

Wir wurden beim Checkin leider nicht sehr freundlich empfangen. Es wurde nur mitgeteilt, dass wie später nochmals kommen sollen. Beim Bezug des Zimmers haben wir im Bad überall Haare unseres Vorgängers/unserer Vorgängerin gefunden. Der Boden wurde nicht geputzt. Im Spülbecken der kleinen Kochinsel waren noch Essensreste der letzten Bewohner. Für das Frühstück mussten wir ins Hotel zurückkehren ca. 10min gehen. Wir waren etwas später beim Frühstück, weshalb es nicht mehr alles gab. Es wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Für uns eine enttäuschende Erfahrung!

Mooi hotel dicht bij de ferry. Mooie kamers ook en de rest ziet er goed uit. Uitstekend ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam personeel. Er is een eigen parkeerplaats waar je gratis kunt parkeren. In de lobby gratis koffie en thee. Handig en gezellig als je nog wat wil doen.

Hotel buono, pulito, camere da rinnovare, personale cortese e disponibile. Appena fuori dal paese, ma il centro è a circa 500 m. A 10 minuti dall'aeroporto di Andes. Colazione ottima completa di salato e di dolce. A disposizione dei clienti the e caffè 24 h

Hotel un peu vieillot, chambre petites et pas grand chose aux alentours. Accueil sympathique et petits déjeuner copieux. Parking privé et gratuit. Attention si étape pour prendre le ferry pour aller sur l'autre rive à senja. Pas de ferry de septembre a avril.

Ho soggiornato nella dependance dell'hotel che è una struttura verde fatta in legno su palafitte sul mare come le casine dei pescatori. La camera in effetti era un monolocale con cucina e tutto il necessario per cucinare, tantochè persone del mio gruppo che non hanno trovato posto nei pochissimi ristoranti del paese si sono fatti un piatto di pasta. L'unico handicap è stato che per la colazione ci simo dovuti spostare nell'edificio centrale, la colazine comunque era buona

Non abbiamo potuto raggiungere la struttura in quanto la strada era chiusa per il troppo vento, evento che credo capiti spesso, raffiche a 90 km orari, abbiamo contattato la struttura alle ore 15 spiegando il problema hanno detto di aspettare che avrebbero riaperto in mezz’ora circa, alle 15,50 chiamiamo di nuovo dicendo che non possiamo più aspettare in quanto malati e con febbre alta e troppo freddo, dicono di chiedere il rimborso a Booking, telefoniamo e booking in diretta chiama la struttura per avere la conferma per il rimborso la quale la nega in quanto alle 16 scadeva il termine per la disdetta!!!! Veramente vergognosi e disonesti dei 2 giorni prenotati non ne hanno rimborsato neanche uno….chiaramente non era colpa nostra la chiusura della strada. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro albergo e abbiamo buttato via 400€ Abbiamo saputo che la strada è rimasta chiusa fino al giorno dopo, nessuno avviso da parte di nessuno veramente scandaloso

Un hôtel qui ne fait pas restaurant le soir, qui n'a pas de bar n'est pas un hôtel mais un bed and breakfast. De plus lors de la réservation ces "détails " ne sont pas indiqués. Embêtant dans une ville où il n'y a presque rien !

Hôtel confortable présentant un petit restaurant où l'on se fait servir à table; le petit déjeuner est correct. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées, vous pouvez faire une petite balade dans ce petit village très pittoresque aux maisons très bien entretenues. C'est un endroit où il fait bon vivre en Norvège, nous avons apprécié. le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentils. Nous conseillons cet établissement. Martial et Sylvie.

El recibimiento y el trato educado fue como sentirse en familia. Muy a gusto. Muy recomendable. El entorno y las excursiones están bien, además, el ferry cercano para ir a Senja, dan una mayor movilidad que siempre se agradece. Gracias por todo 🇪🇸 🇳🇴🇳🇴🇪🇸
