We stayed for a day , the location , services , ambience and food is amazing. Upendra and Sauvik really took a great care of us, it has been one of the best stays from our trip to Andamans. Bar view is something to die for ,Highly recommend the place.

I didn’t stayed there , just went for dinner so this review is only for the food and the experience. I had the Burmese Chicken Khow suey and it was just delicious. Perfectly balanced with a touch of coconut and right spices curated by chef Gopal. However our evening was made special by the service staffs especially Jayanta , Suresh and Arup. They not only treated us well but also gave us a complimentary Faldari Kabab starter and Mallya and Gulab Jamun dessert. All in all , an excellent experience for just INR 1300/- in a 4 star property.

Nice hotel bay view and very good complimentary breakfast with valued service from @Joy Kutty. More over the ambience is clean and green. There is a scope to improvement in service area. Pool is good maintained. Great experience with my lovely wife. If you are in Honeymoon must visit welcome hotel to stay.

A very beautiful stay at an heavenly island. The staff is super courteous and helpful. We had an AC problem in our room and were immediately upgraded to a suite. Food was tasty. The sea view is a must experience. Property is very clean and well maintained

Thank you Ajitesh for making our day worth it. I am from the Islands and this is one of the best family friendly place to have delighted time. The food was prepared as we needed and that was great to taste as well. Welcome by ITC has a sophisticated interior and amazing view to dine by. The live gigs were amazing as well.

Amazing and Fantastic food. Thumbs up to the chef Gautam and Rakesh. MOD Ajitesh, Askari, Arup and jayantho .. their hospitality, courtesy.. perfect.. would highly recommend the property. One must give them chance to be served. Go for it.

Staff was super friendly and humble . Special thanks to suresh and Ajitesh for making our stay super comfortable . Food was amazing with taste and it was served hot. Our every single requirement and request was always dealt with smile on face and helpful attitude.

Hospitality was excellent, beauful seafacing rooms, mouthwatering food. I must add Naman at reception, Pratima in restaurant, Manager Upendra in Bar, Chief Engineer and GM Mr Khanna were just great. They all made our stay so conformable. Neeraj Mehra

The hotel is conveniently located just 10-15 minutes from the airport in a quiet, safe area. However, there are limited local amenities nearby. The design and architecture are functional but lacked the luxury expected from an ITC property. We stayed in both Deluxe and Superior Rooms. The rooms were small with privacy issues due to public walkways and visibility from other areas. Although the Superior Room had a nice ocean and pool view, it was compromised by people easily looking in. The linens were stained, the minibar was empty, and noise was a frequent issue. Service was polite and check-in/check-out was smooth, with staff even packing a breakfast for an early ferry. Unfortunately, the food was below average and overpriced, with breakfast not living up to what was shown online. Cleanliness was a concern throughout the property, with torn linens and a foul odor near the room. We chose ITC for its brand and paid a premium, but the overall experience was underwhelming, especially considering better-value options in the area.
