Amazing staff, delicious food and customer service on the high level. Everything was perfect. Staff was always smiling and ready to help us. Very comfortable bed, spacious and well equipped room. Ski lift just in front of the hotel - perfect location.

We loved the hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and catered very well to a group of 10 children and adults of a variety of ages. The location is perfect, right in the centre and just a few steps away from the gondola. The pool and spa was absolutely perfect after a long day on the slopes. The food was delicious, the bar staff were fabulous, lovely giorgia looked after us very well along with our cheerful waiter at dinner. thanks for a great stay, I would defiantly come back to this hotel.

È stato il soggiorno migliore che io abbia mai provato! Ci siamo sentiti coccolati sin dal primo istante, personale fantastico, cucina davvero buona, superiore ai ristoranti della zona,servizi offerti al di sopra delle aspettative, struttura bellissima e posizione perfetta. Tutto magnifico!

Ho appena concluso un soggiorno di 4 notti al Sassdei di Andalo e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso da ogni aspetto della mia esperienza. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e professionale, con un particolare ringraziamento ad Enrico della reception che si è dimostrato un prezioso consigliere per le nostre escursioni. L'upgrade in suite con sauna privata è stato un tocco in più che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. La stanza era impeccabile, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. La cucina è stata un'altra piacevole sorpresa: piatti gourmet, vari e curati in ogni dettaglio. Il servizio ai tavoli è stato sempre attento e cortese. La spa è un vero e proprio gioiello: ambienti puliti e rilassanti, e uno staff gentilissimo e preparato. In sintesi, il Sassdei è un hotel a 4 stelle che meriterebbe le 5 stelle. La gentilezza dello staff, la qualità dei servizi e la cura dei dettagli hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che cercano una vacanza rilassante e all'insegna del benessere.

Cortesia e disponibilità impeccabili. Pulizia ottima e cucina molto buona e di qualità. Posizione ottimale sia per l’estate che per l’inverno. Centro benessere molto bello e orari in linea con le esigenze. Offerte extra interessanti se hai disponibilità economiche.

Soggiornato week end con famiglia e amici per prima volta. Posso solo che parlare bene di questa struttura, in posizione privilegiata, praticamente a fianco risalita impianto Paganella 2001, a 200m dal centro. Comodissimo per chi scia e per chi fa mountain bike (mio figlio). Hotel pulito e moderno, belle camere con servizi, garage, ski e bike room. Centro benessere ottimo, con piscina di acqua calda e cromoterapia. Personale attento ad ogni tua richiesta. Cucina con piatti e porzioni pensati per un soggiorno "Active". Colazione buona secondo lo standard dell'hotel . Consigliato!!

Veramente da consigliare, noi siamo andati con il ns cane e nel hotel c'erano più ospiti con i cani....tutto meraviglioso, dal centro benessere, al mangiare, alla pulizia, alle camere...e lo staff gentilissimo e attento ad ogni richiesta.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura ad agosto 2024 con il mio compagno e il mio bimbo di nove mesi ed è stato davvero tutto perfetto! Personale disponibile e gentile, cibo buonissimo, camera bellissima e pulitissima! Posizione top, di fronte all’impianto di risalita. Tutto davvero perfetto! Torneremo sicuramente!

Tutto perfetto come ho avuto modo di dire anche al personale. La struttura per servizi e posizione risulta davvero ottimale.Spa accogliente e soprattutto pulita. Cortesia e gentilezza genuine. Pulizia ottima sia nelle stanze che nei corridoi.Avanti cosi!
