Room was moderately clean. Bed very uncomfortable. Carpets in hallway & stairs not very clean. Faucet in shower dripped all the time.

Mostly the front staff desk.
We had trouble with our unit blowing hot on one side and cold on the other.
We did inform the front desk and they took care of us right away.

Aspen Suites are always nice. It's my go to spot if I don't have other plans. I love the full fridge for shopping since I live in a remote location.
The room was dusty, but otherwise was nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Good location and clean room. No continental breakfast and a little more expensive than before but overall happy with stay.

Fire alarm went off and no staff were anywhere to be found to inform guests and/or answer questions. No emergency crews arrived and we were never informed as to why the alarm went off.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner hotel. The staff was professional, the room was amazing and if anything would have made this facility better, it would have been breakfast.

Rooms seem run down and staff wasn’t very pleasant when checking in. We also requested rooms close together with family and were put two floors apart

For me its all about the customer service, a big shout out to my favorite Hotel Clerk Ellen-Jean, she is amazing, and is a reminder that people with big hearts and great work ethic still exist out there in the service world.
