When you make trip in France with your motorbike and the day of arrival you have delay because traveloffice gave you wrong adress. You let know the problem to this hotel and confims you have 220km to go with temperatur from 38 degrees. We arrived at 21.05 and owner of hotel says that the only thing he will do is give you a bottle of water and also confirms that all restaurants are closed in the village. We had luck that one of the employees heared what happened and showed us the way to other restaurant. Next evening, almost same … the restaurant of the hotel did not open … conclusion of the story: no passion at all …

Hotel Les Autanes is a good standard hotel in a nice location in the centre of town. Ancelle is a small ton but none the less there are a few services here and a great brewery so its nice to be close to them. Its a bit of a pain to walk to the slopes in the ski boots however being about a 300 metre walk and it can be quite slippery if icy - you could drive down and park there as there is parking at the lifts if your early as day trippers tend to arrive a but later. Parking near the hotel can be a bit of a pig really but you'll find something eventually. The hotel itself is at a good standard for the money, rooms reasonably sized for Europe and the service is helpful and friendly enough (compared to European standards). They did let us check in early and use the change room later in the day on our last day which was appreciated. Overall would return to this hotel and would recommend it.

Merveilleuses vacances à la montagne grâce à l hôtel les Autanes. Facilité d accès en voiture. Bon manger local avec des serveurs aux petits soins. Literie très confortable avec 1 montagne de coussins ! Location de skis bien organisée en face l hôtel. Nous ont réservé handiski et swincar. Pistes de ski adaptées pour débutants et personnes à mobilité réduite. Jacuzzi apprécié après le ski. Séances soins massages avec karyne, efficace et professionnelle. Séjour idéal pour lâcher prise. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce très bel établissement, la première nuitée avec une Wonderbox et la seconde que nous avions ajouté aux vues des commentaires et en raison de la localisation proche de belles randonnées à orcières. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'être surclassé et avons pû profiter d'une terrasse avec vue sur la paisible place du marché, même lors du marché dimanche matin Le petit-déjeuner est bon avec de bons produits régionaux et le dîner est agréable L'accès spa nous a plû, cependant nous n'avons pas profité du sauna qui était trop froid (40°C à notre arrivée et même lorsque le thermostat indiquait 60°C 25 minutes plus tard, il ne semblait pas faire plus chaud). Moment agréable cependant, surtout avec l'espace privatisé Nous recommandons

Avec mon épouse nous avons passé un très bon séjour aux Autanes. Une équipe sympathique et disponible, un cadre très agréable ou la piscine au retour des balades est appréciée. Le restaurant est très bien et permet de satisfaire tous les gouts. Nous y retournerons.

Merci Martine pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Chez vous, j'ai pu me reposer, me décontracter, j'en avais bien besoin. l'hôtel est parfait, la piscine, le spa, les chambres et le top les repas du restaurant. A très vite, je compte bien revenir.

Super parenthèse montagnarde en famille aux Autanes. La suite était spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. L accès au centre du village proche des commerce est très pratique. Nous avons pu profiter de l espace détente et piscine bienvenu lors des fraîches soirées d’été… Le personnel est bienveillant et à l écoute. Mention spéciale à la Dame responsable du petit déjeuner pour sa gentillesse et son humanité avec notre petit garçon : une vrai perle!! Un séjour toute en douceur et en détente : validé à 100%

Brève escale dans ce bel établissement comme il n'y en a que trop peu.
Accueil chaleureux, chambre impeccable, vue à couper le souffle, resto efficace et bon, personnel adorable, et j'allais oublier le petit dej dont beaucoup devraient s'inspirer (vienoiseries et pain frais, entre autre...).
Alors oui, il faut laisser quelques sous, mais je préfère les laisser ici ;)
