Hospitality wise the staff is very polite and responsive. Food was also very tasty. Especially the staff members Nazakat Nazeer, Arif and Nazeema were very polite and responding timely… The ambience is very beautiful and it was really worth staying to enjoy Sunrise. Thank you Nazakat, Arif and Nazeema.

The costumer care helpline was very helpful, they helped to change my dates when i made a mess of it, they rectified it immediately and even verified with the hotel too, really helpful i’ll continue to book my hotels from myt, thank you

Worst than footpath, we were eleven people , booked this hotel for two days (3&4 June 2024)via agent , location was offcourse beautiful but rooms were pathetic , toilet sheet was not stable, side lamp were broken, rooms were smelly electric wires were covered with tape, bed sheets were dirty on complain they replaced with grey coloured bed sheets to hide spots, food was tasteless, no variety . At night reception was vacant, whole hotel was without staff. At morning 7.45am hotel was coming from nearby building , on demand of bed tea , they replied "who wake up before 8 am " . Please please avoid this place , this hotel ruined my holiday

Hotel service is not up to the mark. Bathroom was smelling and after repeated request did not receive room freshner. Dustbin was not not cleaned

Pathetic hotel staff n service. Every thing was pathetic. Rooms were so bad in condition , urin smell was coming from the bed sheets. in breakfast they served only dirty tea n low quality poha that’s all. No hot water in bathroom etc ,actually they are misleading tourists from their hotel pics n location . I never suggest anyone to stay there coz they will ruin your vacation n stay. Their is no car parking n lots of steep stairs to reach the hotel, it’s very difficult specially for any old person . We faced lots of problems can’t write everything.
