I’ve been there for one week for family holiday and really aprecciate the team of animators and trainers. There were so great. Especially David, Kristýna, Weronika, Vivian,Selina, Adriana, Giovanni, Barbara and hole team. We enjoyed all events with them. Tomáš, Viktorka and Fanda

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 8 days and had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely excellent – fresh, tasty, and with a wide variety to choose from every day. Whether you prefer local cuisine or international dishes, there's something for everyone. The apartments were clean, with the rooms and common areas always well-maintained. We also appreciated the nearby shops, which made it easy to pick up anything we needed or just to enjoy an evening walk. One of the highlights was the adults-only areas – peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing without distractions. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff were always polite and helpful. It was the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time together. We would definitely recommend this hotel to couples looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay with excellent service.

The hotel, despite the long transfer, is worth recommending. The meals were tasty (breakfasts were slightly different, but dinners were new every day - I especially recommend meals under the 'red lamp', to the right of the entrance to the dining room). The rooms were neat and renovated/quite new. In the evenings, there were performances and various events (including for children). While for the older ones, there were activities during the day, such as aerobics and volleyball, and the animators were wonderful (Greetings to Salvo, David and Andre!). Three swimming pools and a large sandy beach - with the right weather, we got there perfectly before the season.

I spent a week in this hotel and I liked it very much, the location of the facility was very good, the room was very clean there was a wide sandy beach, a lot of pools on the premises and very good food, but it was not the infrastructure that made me enjoy my stay so much. It is due to a great team of animators who gave their best to make the time spent at the hotel more pleasant. Greetings to the entire team especially David, Andre, Salvador and Vivienne and to the head of the entire team, Barbara and to the rest of the team. You did a great job.

Service is great, Rooms are always very clean. You have Wi-Fi basically everywhere around the hotel, however it is not protected with a password which may be kind of concerning. If you go to the buffet at the wrong times it can be very crowded and almost everything will be empty with long wait times. Considering that it‘s off season right now I guess they are not fully staffed. It good piece of advise would be to go the buffet as late as possible, since most of the people are already gone by then. As for the variety of food, everything I have eaten has always been tasty, some things were underseasoned but I guess that‘s fine. As for meat variety there is mostly only pork and chicken. Only rarely will you get beef or lamb or any other kind of meat. However there are lots of different kinds of fish, that always taste fresh. One negative point would be that there is always a lot of fat on the meat, like it‘s 60% meat and 40% fat which gets kind of annoying after a few days. The buffet always repeats itself every 7 days, so every Monday there is the same food. One questionable choice by them is serving french fries for breakfast and replacing the hash browns with them. I mean who wants french fries for breakfast?? As for the waiters, they are all very nice, especially Alion, he is a great guy! As for the animation team, they are all great people and always smile and try to motivate you, there are a lot of activity options every day to choose from, for example beach volleyball or water ball. The gym is amazing for a hotel gym, they even have a T-Bar row. If I could suggest something though, it would be to get a cable tower for an option to do things like cable flies and triceps extensions etc.. All in all you will have a great time here!
