I was here for just one night. I had something I needed to do in San Juan Capistrano and then most of a day free so I decided to come hang out at Disney for the night. I got to the hotel at about 12:30and was hoping I could at least park, figuring it was way too early to get checked in. It was, but they quickly got me set up to park and I used the bathroom to get ready to walk across to the parks. Within about an hour, I got a text that my room was ready to go. That was more than 2 hrs before check in, which rarely happens at any hotel, let alone a hotel right across the street from Disneyland. I was already at the parks though so I figured it could wait. I went back that evening to check in. The room was super close to the elevator so I figured I was in for a noisy night. It was surprisingly quiet (or I was dead tired). To be fair though, I use white noise at night so it’s possible that it wa louder than I realize. Either way, I sleep pretty well.
I *hate* duvets in hotels. For many reasons but mainly because you wake up sweating half the time and freezing the other half. In this room they had a bag of bedding for a little pull out chair, with a blanket and a flat sheet!
So I slept well without waking up alternating btw freezing and sweating.
Add that in to just how conveniently located to the parks and the freeway and that really makes this a favorite property for the area.
I did not use the facilities so I cannot comment on those
