Both sides of the duplex face different directions so you'll feel like you have a house all your own. Enjoy a short walk (or a very short drive) to downtown shopping, eateries, breweries, wine bars, and...bar bars (don't skip the Art-Deco Club Moderne). Spring will allow us to add a few more amenities. Coming this spring: new exterior paint, deck with seating and firepit, off-street parking, and landscaping. The Area: MT Hwy 1 is an unbelievably scenic highway connecting to I-90 in two places: just west of Butte and again at Drummond, less than an hour east of Missoula. Hwy 1 will take you from Anaconda to Silver Lake, recreation-rich Georgetown Lake, Discovery Basin Ski Area, and historic Philipsburg, MT, and lead you to an amazing amount of area to explore. What to do from here: *Warm Springs Creek is just across the street! There will be an extra pet cleaning fee paid upfront. Please disclose your pet at booking. You are required to bring a pet bed or sleeping surface. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bed. Owners are responsible for all damage. If pets are not disclosed at booking, the pet fee will double. I know that sometimes it's impossible to keep small dogs off the furniture.
