The location is exceptional, otherwise, nothing much to choose or for. Most of the staff are friendly but you get an occasional rude youngster who hate their job. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the receptionist gaslighted me about hot water in the shower, which I didn’t have for 3 days. Brown stained towels should be disposed. I arrived at my room with paper towels floating, not flushed. Drilling and knocking were nonstop all day from 08:30 in the morning on a Saturday.

酒店太小了，整晚都是像急流水般聲音。住頂樓4樓，因為有天窗，早上很早就亮了。第二天想換個房間，不行。但房間衞生每天打掃得很乾凈。荷蘭菜吃不慣，去超市買了米飯（也難吃）和泡麪，吃早餐的地方也可以座在裏面吃。荷蘭大街上**味太重

這間酒店服務非常不錯，即使我們早到，服務台也會熱心幫我們看看有沒有剩餘的房間，讓我們能早點入住，城市稅也事前已包括在酒店費用內，非常體貼。 房間不算少，浴室明亮且寬敞，加上牆上有梵高作品的花紋，令整間房間看起來非常開心！而且，每個房間都有一部capsule咖啡機，令身為咖啡控的我大大加分！ 就酒店位置，它就近rikjsmuseum 及 Van Gogh museum, 門外又有電車，對旅客來説非常方便。

酒店旁就是梵高博物館很方便，地理位置優越。房間亦乾淨有咖啡機。但美中不足是熱水爐很難調較，水太熱花灑頭不太好。

優點是位置：就在梵高博物館對面，街區也很安全。缺點是：沒有空調（壞了），沒有任何抱歉或賠禮，還跟辯論説不會熱！浴室花灑是破的，差點刮破皮。 總的來説，感覺他們沒有很強服務意識，價格偏貴。

Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to transportation and museums. The only thing I would change is the room could use better lighting.

The location is very convenient. It is close to transportation, Van Gogh museum and stores. The rooms are a bit dated, the hair dryer was broken and the water stagnated in the shower. The staff in the reception was helpful but kind of rude. It might be cultural, I don’t know. It was ok.

Great location next to public transportation and also very walkable. The room was clean and staff was nice.

We loved that it is so close to the museums and was steps away from the celebration in the area for the festive for the end of the year. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend it for families.

The hotel is very close to so many things. It's a short walk from the bus stop from the airport and from the museums including the Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum. I got the extra small room which was intended for one person. It was still spacious for me and my luggage, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet.
