Location is convenient, just opposite the Amsterdam Centraal. Room is big .

Perfect location as nearby Amsterdam Central station, and able to take metro and tram easily. There are different restaurants and coffee shop nearby, the department store is closed to hotel also.

Location great, directly opposite Ams station However the sound proof not good.. can hear lots of noise, trams and cars, people talking

Ailecek kaldığımız bu otelde en çok konumundan memnun kaldık. Şehir merkezinde her yere çok yakındı bizim için çok büyük kolaylık oldu. Otelin hizmeti ve olanaklarıda çok iyiydi.

Good location and friendly staff. The closest you cab get to Amsterdam Central Station. Breakfast is tasty but everyday is exactly the same.

Went to Amsterdam for the first time with my boyfriend before heading to tomorrowland. Was amazed at how central the location the hotel was located, just opposite Amsterdam central station and afew minute walk to the red light district. It was amazing that when you walk out of the hotel, it was just where the food streets and bar streets were at. Super convenient, recommend 10/10.

Overpriced especially for summer. Location indeed is very good but hotel itself is designed inconveniently with patched up wings corridors. Service is ok . Room size is ok but can be bigger for the high price.

Super duper close to Amsterdam Centraal station and there are buses and trams nearby. Just a 10-15 min walk to the Red Light districts and de Bijenkorf shopping mall. We said we didn't want end rooms but got arranged to one when we checked in... The view was nice with a balcony (but it's locked so you can't go outside) but my partner did not feel comfortable with end rooms. Eventually we called down to the front desk for a room and they changed us to a room nearer to the lifts. One thing I really liked about the hotel is that they use WhatsApp for requesting for amenities and checking out. It's convenient and simple to use but somehow... The housekeeping keeps on getting 1 or 2 items wrong lol Oh and please note that they don't provide bottled water, the whole city is proud of their tap water and the receptionist said it's safe to drink. If tap water isn't to your liking, there are quite a few stores nearby to buy mineral water. I would recommend going to Albert Heijn or Dirk for those. Slippers are provided in this hotel.

The location very strategic near main station and a lot of attraction around hotel. Room is nice.

Great modern hotel right in the city centre of Amsterdam. Easy access and can walk everywhere around the city. An excellent base for a short trip to Amsterdam!

Hotel is very convenient as it is located near to the Amsterdam Central station. The gym has most equipment but the pool is small so it’s not for swimming, just for hanging out at the pool. Rooms can get a little noisy as it’s near a busy shopping district. There’s the usual Nespresso machine, tea. No complimentary water, no in room slippers unless one is in the premium rooms. No toothbrush, toothpaste etc, jus tiny shampooo, conditioner and shower gels. No usb charging port, just a uk electrical port and two Europe ports. One of the thing I like about this hotel is that one can opt out of room service and choose between a food voucher, bottle of wine or hotel points. Overall it’s a clean and comfortable hotel located in a prime location.

Everything was good & will come back again, highly recommend to all. Just opposite train station, room was good
