The room had a lovely view of the canal.  The reception staff were friendly but almost never there & no way to contact them.   The little electric kettle was mouldy inside, I went to reception to replace it & no one there.   I rang the emergency number which was the reception of a partner hotel.  They contacted someone to help me but the replacement they bought to the room was corroded inside & the staff member apologised that he didn’t have any other.  The mattress had a memory foam 5cm  layer on top under the sheet which was too soft & moved around when you moved.

Stayed here for one night in the single room . Great view of the canal from the window . Free mini bar with soft fizzy drinks and a Kit Kat was a nice touch even though the fridge didn’t work . The Ritual toiletries in the room were really nice . First hot drink in the room was free thereafter it was 25.Cents per drink . The communal areas could do with being updated and the grouting and seal on the shower cubicle could do with being replaced. Although there is a lift in the hotel , The steps to the hotel were very steep . Anyone with a wheelchair or has mobility issues with steep steps should not consider this hotel . I had a large suitcase and the receptionist went out of his way to carry my suitcase up the steps , I cannot fault the staff at this hotel . They go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as they can . So helpful and friendly .

Great spot to hunker down while in Amsterdam. Close to museums but and to the metro.

Very disappointed with TRIP.COM first, they have no idea what they are selling. Only working on commission and I will never use TRIP.COM again. Hotel, it is not a hotel… complete disaster guys

Doesn't worth the price that was paid. Musky smell room. Nespresso water tank is filthy. On a Saturday late night with loud music nearby, I was unable to sleep at all. The location is the only advantage I could think of that would justify the accommodation pricing.

It was such a fun experience!

入口はルームカードキーが無いと開けられないので建物に部外者は入られない、小さいホテルだけど各階にセキュリティカメラで録画されている、と安心できる。 アメニティとして、簡易スリッパ・備え付けシャンプー&ボディソープ&ボディクリーム(←同じシリーズで良い薫り)と嬉しいアメニティ有り。 コーヒーマシーン(有料)とポットは余りキレイじゃなかったので、使わなかった。 冷凍庫があるのも嬉しい！ただ、入ってたドリンクは有料なので注意が必要。 親切で楽しいスタッフは、本当に最高。
