A very quiet & comfy accommodation, in case you would like to stay away from city centre. On top of that, the hotel room is pretty clean too.

Everything perfect but only breakfast little disappointed for the price of hotel..

My wife and I loved the stay at Residence Inn, the location is slightly outside of the central area but it is really easy to get into Central station, just a short bus ride away and the surrounding area is really nice and quiet which we enjoyed. The hotel staff were all really friendly and the gym and pool is really nice, perfect way to end the day with a sauna and swim. The room was very nice and the kitchen area has all the essential tools for some simple cooking. Definitely would come back and stay again next in Amsterdam.

Super Hotel, Bushaltestelle nur 5 Minuten entfernt und innerhalb 10 Minuten damit in der City. Frühstück war sehr toll mit perfektem Ausblick auf dem Hafen.

安排的房間和預訂的套房不符，是一個很小的普通房連箱子走衹能放過道，攜程幫協調了很久也無法處理。有個情況就是車無法到達酒店門口，要附近500米下車來拿着行李走過去

Stayed here for a long weekend and was very pleased with the facilities and friendly staff. The pool and gym were great and breakfast was well prepared. The room was clean and had a kitchenette as well as an amazing view. Short walk to the bus stop which runs frequently to the city centre.

Have stayed here several times, check inn is at the Moxy. Pasquale checked us in and he was very accommodating. The rooms have all you need, kitchen, micro, stove dishwasher etc. very nice and clean. The location is good, a 5 to 10 minute walk to the bus stop. The bus goes to Amsterdam Central and runs frequently. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming, Isabella, Julia & Julliett were always happy to help. The breakfast is still on the ninth floor, and was the same food everyday! We stayed for several days and it was always the same food, it would of been nice if there was a little rotation. We had the pleasure of meeting Sylvia at breakfast, she was wonderful. Always had a smile on her face and happy to accommodate. She is a very hard worker since most of the time there were only two employees. Hope to return soon. Aloha

Nice enough hotel but a few things made it not-great. Climate control in the rooms only allow you to adjust up or down by 3 degrees. This is frustrating. It’s too cold in the room. Hard to sleep when I’m shivering under the single comforter in the room. The breakfast area has 2 service doors that SLAM LOUDLY every time the staff go in or out. This is super frequent and obnoxious. This is not a staff issue. It could easily and cheaply be solved by adding soft close arms to the doors. Why would the Marriott cheap out on that? Please add the soft close so the doors aren’t constantly slamming during breakfast. When I say they’re loud, I mean they are excessively LOUD and they shake the whole wall and the benches along the wall with every slam. There is a pantry where they supposedly sell groceries. I never once saw anyone around to sell anything from the shelves. You can’t self checkout either, as the shelves are locked. Not sure how they sell anything from locked shelves and an unmanned register. This isn’t a huge issue but some people might want to buy things and can’t. Why have it there if it’s not going to be made available? Maybe it’s a way to get guests to spend more at the restaurant instead. Annoying. Otherwise the place looks clean and well kept, and the staff are mostly very nice. Cool views from the breakfast area, of the harbor with ships coming in and out. Decent bar lounge area at the connected Moxy next door. I had a pretty nice view from my room also. I wouldn’t want to stay here again unless they at least fix those obnoxious slamming doors in the breakfast area.
