The rooms were old and not maintained properly especially the toilet and washroom were in very bad condition, unhygienic.

Hello sir, mam i am stay in royal castle with my family but hotel staff not providing any food he saying kitchen is close we are stay here 2 days but i face big problem for hotel kitchen is closed room friz also not working and bathroom all tap is not good condition. Im not clicked any pics in hotel room. Thanks

Poor service, dirty rooms, very dirty washrooms very very poor stay really shocked to see this hotel listed on make my trip surly mmt is going to loose it's reputation by this

I don't recommend this hotel, though it is a big hotel and located at good location. But this hotel is fully dirty and not maintained properly. They need to clean the hotel and spent some money on washrooms and rooms. Floor is fully dirty. I ordered tea and it was fully waste of money. I was with children and it was difficult for me to stay on this unhygienic place.

Hotel property is very good and location is also good. But house keeping service is poor. Not pick call from room for service. I required my bill of hotel stay. How can i get

When we checked in the rooms were not cleaned at all. In the middle of night when called any emergency number of the hotel, no one picked up. When asked extra blanket we were denied saying that hotel doesnt keep anything extra. Bathroom was not cleaned and maintained.

There were cockroachs in the room moreover the blanket was stinking and the electric kettle was so dirty so dirty that i can't even explain they changed our room once however in another room as well there were cockroach
also the public washrooms on the basement level was extremely dirty i mean they are really bad when it comes to cleaning and maintenance. Would never stay in this hotel ever again. the staff knew about the cockroaches and dirty kettle as i had asked them to get that changed
