We stayed in this hotel on 17th August’23. Hotel was way below our expectation . Would NOT recommend this to you if you have ever stayed in a JW/Hyatt/Westin/Holiday inn etc as… - its difficult to get to the hotel as most of the cab/auto drivers decline going to the narrow gully - Dirty and unhygienic rooms - Dirty bedsheets and pillows - Bed bugs and termites - Dirty and smelly toilets . - Split ac cables and water outlets terminate in washroom - Hotel does not accept card. Only cash. - Hotel staff does not even know that they operate under the Treebo brand. They operate as Smile.Inn - No bill or receipt given on checkout Having said this - the good part was - Hotel is 500mtr from Golden Temple/ Jallainwala bagh - Cheap - 1 of the Staff member was helpful in arranging an e-rickshaw
