I enjoyed my stay here, they provide the best service, the location is very prime with the available parking which many hotels nearby don't have, it is very nearby to the golden temple, i'll definitely visit here again

Stay was horribe. Location highly commercial
hygine - very poor
bedsheets dirty. Slow wifi wont recommend.

rooms weren’t cleaned when we left from the hotel for the day outing and when we came back to the hotel

I stayed there for one night and i have booked three super deluxe room. As per my experience service of the staff was terrible. They do every task after a lot of request. There was electricity cut but they start generator after making a lot of request. At the time of breakfast regarding low service guy concerned answered that i am the only one. They provide water, sugar, milk powder and mattress after saying a lot of time

The positive point of staying at this hotel is we got check in a lilo bit early as requested. The room space was adequate for 2 adults. Negatives are about the food at their restaurant, they charged service charge, which can now not mandatory.
