the hotel staff were awful, their attitude is too bad, mohammad on reception kept on calling his managers to get our issue solved but none of them were able to help. and when we escalated to the general manager Mr. zaid khlifat that was the worst! I don't understand how those people are fit to be on the hospitality line, I have personally worked in this line for years, but I have never seen such a rude staff!! from the front desk or even the GM, I can never deny that I was angry and sharp while talking! but that does not give permission to the GM to be rude and say that he is the god of hospitality and public relations. I would like his managers to see this comment. and take an action. at the end, I checked out after 2 hours of staying.. because they did not give me any chance to get our issue solved.. and then he asked me to ask the government for a refund!! nonsense and not professional at all!!
