We stayed in room with 2 queen beds for 4 adults and 1 child. The pull out sofa bed was not very clean but we have brought a sleeping bag just in case. Other than that, the room is clean and ok. Hotel provided shampoo, conditioner and shower gel but housekeeping perhaps have missed checking it as the shower gel has run out. We just stayed for 1 night, so didn’t bother to call housekeeping to refill. And remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast was better than I thought. They offer variety of breads( bagel, toast, french toast) , juice ( orange/ apple) fruits, yogurt, breakfast sausage and eggs and drinks including Coffee tea chocolate milk. View from 6/F was nice

Perfect to stay on business. Easy to reach Restaurants nearby. Clean and silent rooms

Great location, breakfast was pretty decent with good selections (extra charge required). Overall pretty comfortable stay. But no in-room toiletries or bottle water provided. That’s a small downside to this hotel.

Convenient Location, Cozy room, Comfortable bed, Bathroom also clean

Clean and pet friendly but need to pay for $75 fee .

We came to town for the Easter holiday and enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. It’s in a great location off the thruway with easy access to plenty of bars and restaurants.

We are Hyatt Place regulars, and this one lives up to the standard of the rest of them: very family friendly, fantastic staff and good value for the money. Really enjoyed our stay at this location close to downtown Buffalo.

One of the best laid out and designed hotel rooms we have seen in a very long time. From arrival to departure, the hotel has a great vibe. It's a little out of the way and worth it!

Staff are awesome and accomodating! Rooms are clean, parking is easy and accessible. Great place

1st time ever in 30yrs of travelling where hotel did not have reservation. I showed that it was paid to expedia...she said conf# didnt work in her system. Found out hotel was overbooked and bumped us We were there right at 3pm for check in. We booked because we wanted a pool and hottub and gym and a bathtub in the room. The moved us to the Reickhart house...adjoining property. Although slightly nicer room...not better then our.own home. No bathtub no pool etc no free breakfast. This was worst hotel experience ever and we have been on 5 continents.
