차량을 가지고 있다면 나파밸리 여행은 이곳을 베이스로 다녀가도 무방할거 같다 , 호텔 내부의 시설들이 아늑하고 직원들의 친잘도가 좋은곳이다. 한상 그렇듯 초코렛 쿠키는 아주 필요적절함거 같다. 재투숙 의사 충만함

We love coming to this hotel, and have come many times, but I just couldn't not say something. The housekeeping did a great job cleaning, but the entered my room on 2 occasions, and the 2nd time they did not knock or apologize. The room was super hot and couldn't get it cooled off. They did fix the hot tub and replaced the handicap seats into the pool and hot tub, so I was very happy to see that. The front desk associate was top notch. The room needs some paint and tlc, as it is run down, however it was clean.

The first room we checked into had a bad odour so we were transferred to a different room this room smelled better but still did not smell clean. The bathroom in the second room was in terrible condition with two holes in the wall a loose toilet with rusty bolts and badly covered up dirty and cracking grout in the shower and a dirty shower head. The location was good but the quality of the rooms is severely lacking! If I can figure out how to post photos of the bathroom I will…..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE DOUBLE TREE!

My stay was excellent. I was only concerned about the $69 a day for parking. Parking on the streets was a rare find. I didn't like the location. Overall, the stay was good.

Amazing hotel, especially for the price. Great service both times I've been here. Decent location, there's an amazing Thai food truck a block over!!

The room was clean and spacious. The coffee maker kept leaving a lot of grounds in the coffee. It would have been nice to get new towels and sugar. The bathtub faucet was hard to turn off and on. The bathroom was clean, but there was a board on the ceiling that had a bunch of brown spots.

Prior to arriving at the hotel we called to verify check in time. The lady who answered the phone sounded very frazzled and promptly placed us on hold. After being on hold for approximately 5 mins we hung up and called again. Again she answered the phone very frazzled and sounded slightly confused we asked what time check in was. Again she placed us on hold for over 5 minutes. She never returned to the phone. We arrived at our room and found a have full beer glass and wine glass outside our door. The used glasses remained outside our room for the duration of our stay. Upon entering our room it was hot and smelled very musty. The AC did not blow cold air and was very loud. There were large stains and crumbs on the carpet. It did not appear the room had been vacuumed in some time. The bed did not have a fitted sheet and the bare mattress was showing. We called the front desk to see if we could get a sheet and they told us they did not have any fitted sheets to provide us. We went out and purchased sheets so we did not have to sleep on a bare mattress. The bathroom sink had live bugs crawling around. The toilet in the restroom did not flush. We contacted the front desk again to notify them of the toilet. They sent a maintenance worker up to fix the toilet, he told us it was fixed and left. After he left the toilet flushed one time then went back to not flushing. The elevator displayed a permit which was expired. Needless to say went cut our stay short. 10/10 would not recommend.

Its great. My deposit was taken and never returned. Great restaurant. Nice staff. Would stay again

It was in a nice location but a very old motel. The exterior of the building needs updating.
