Taj Amer, Jaipur

This review for Taj Amer Jaipur was long overdue , but here it is. As a person with walking problem, whenever I leave the comfort of my home I have this anxiety to make the stay comfortable for me and my family. Unfortunately accessibility for people with special needs is not an agenda for the biggest names in the hospitality industry. Taj Amer is an exception to this , as I was pleasantly surprised by their warmth and hospitality. Special thanks to Priyanshi & GM Devraj for ensuring me & my family had a memorable stay. Priyanshi is an example of Stellar Taj hospitality standards. Her welcoming nature & focus on customer delight not just exemplifies Taj's training but reaffirms my belief that customer delight is 30% training & 70% nature. She gave us a direct contact to reach her 24X7 in case of any help/ requirement...Kudos to her ! There are few things that you expect from a brand like Taj when it comes to hospitality during your stay but I must bring to your attention that the Taj Amer staff went beyond their usual service standards to make the stay extremely welcoming and comfortable for me and my family. I have been to numerous biggest hotels across India and abroad and I must admit that the service I experienced at Taj Amer was well above my expectations (& what I have experienced anywhere else) when it comes to personalised care, attention & warmth of their staff. The warm and welcoming attitude of the staff was not limited to a particular area of the hotel or a particular department... be it the welcome at reception by Priyanshi, the morning buffet, the pool area, the restaurants - the service standard was fantastic. The staff at Taj Amer not only listened and took care of my requests , but went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary stay special for my family ( gave us a room upgrade,cake & a photo memory to make our stay memorable - yes small gestures matter!) We are definitely visiting frequently, not only for the fantastic accomodation - but for the extraordinary service lead by Devraj & team. Thank you.

Taj has always carrying a legacy of hospitality and gesture. I found Taj Amer one of the finest hotel in India. I specially take the name of Alina and Soumya from House keeping team for the excellent service and behaviour. Loved my stay. Keep it up guys

Overall a nice decent stay. Came here for a staycation and everything went well. All the staff, like the Taj norm were their usual good.. The Lal Maas is tasty at Shamiana and so was their Daal baati churma. Other food items were good, nothing grand.

The experience here was beyond amazing... I have never experienced such luxury and hospitality... the staff are all incredibly kind and helpful... I would like to be especially ram Hanuman and vikash gopal Sonu gri Tia from housekeeping....

This is the first time we planned a stay in Jaipur, chose Taj as we wanted to be the best! Rest everything was Taj but its worth mentioning about the people at Taj ! The staff was so pleasant and cheerful! Not sounding mechanical, full of energy enthusiasm and beautiful smiles😊 Such a great human touch!! Please keep this ongoing. It was evident that they were working as a team! New property, warm hospitality, green initiatives, would repeat and also recommend to others..great aravalli view from infinity pool..Food is good especially salads and soups..Rooms are comfortable..One staff Kupu made our stay very comfortable..She was the go to person for everything..Thanks Taj Amer for hosting us and making our stay memorable..

Total every product in the luxury Staff service to humble and very good Food also yummy, and housekeeping and services very nice especially sonu and Laxman's responses, the theme of the interior was cool and pleasant, lighting its cool Pool also maintaining well

I had a wonderful stay at Taj . The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. Priyanshi, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, making my visit truly enjoyable. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The Property is grand and has a great ambience. Staff was courteous and willing to help. Special call out for Pranay from F.O. and Shashi from F&B. Food was great, enjoyed our stay.
