There is a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the first guest room and 2 twins in the third bedroom.
The 600 ft fishing pier is available to all of our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier. The pool is located on the oceanside along with a community grill area that has tables and lounge chairs available on a first come basis. There is also a tennis court on premises available for your use.
ABS is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.
THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY NOT A RESORT.
QUIET HOURS OBSERVED FROM 10 PM - 9 AM.
(No boats or trailers are allowed)
