Rooms dirty. Worms and ants in bathroom. Ants and cockroaches in bedroom. Towels too thin and will not dry. No power outlets near bed. Free breakfast is a joke, staff comes knocking at door at “7:30 to bring sandwiches.. loud noises at night. Whole room smells like urine.. already changed rooms but same status. Big garbage bags at entrance INSIDE hotel instead of outside. Never been to such a dirty ‘imperial’ place..
