And, you have the choice of renting just one, or renting both levels of this gated residence. Either way, you can be sure of your privacy, because if you rent just one floor we will leave the other floor vacant! South Ambergris is one of the remaining areas of the island still unpaved and accessible via old-style hard packed sand streets. An area within reach of San Pedro town via golf cart rental but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to ensure your peace and tranquility. The area of South Ambergris Caye also offers regular Neighborhood Watch patrols and a police substation. Additional days of housekeeping will be charged to your incidental invoice for payment upon departure. Our home comes with daily groundskeeping services.
