Given the condition of the room, I thought it was very clean. However, it did need paint in most areas. The amenities were nice coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator.
The soap dispenser in the shower was empty on side. Also, the shower base gets extremely slippery when wet. I believe they need to put in some tape.
I did not have much interaction with the staff. What I did have was good though.

Very clean. Rooms have been updated. Neighborhood looked a little sketchy but was clean and the motel was gated. We ate at a nearby Asian restaurant that also looked pretty old but inside was very clean and the food was great.

There’s no bugs. So that’s cool. It’s in ok shape. Super noisy road though. This is not a quiet area. At all. Seems safe ish. My room is behind the main building which feels more comfortable. It is what it is for the price

We have stayed here annually for the last 3-5 years...pleasant manager/owner...old style motel with super comfortable beds and bedding

Yhe outside of the building could use an update, but the inside of the room was very nice and updated. Convenient location to the city.

The property is undergoing a renovation. The room was comfortable and pleasing. We loved the pregnant hotel cat. She sat outside our door.

It is in an older part of town tgat is more industrial. It is close to the Big Texan which was a plus so we could check in while we waited for our table. The front desk check in was easy and efficient.. The room was cool and had huge beds with soft blankets and pillows with cool sheets. We slept amazing in these super comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again!

Older budget hotel. Room was clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. No complaints for a quick overnight stay.
