Hotel is nice. Buffet Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were fine. Good WiFi. No bedding for the sofa bed we needed. Didn’t get the accessibility room I asked for. All in all a descent hotel.

Room was dirty an hour after my check-in time.
Got switched rooms and the next room had someone staying in it.
Got switched another room and finally got a decent room. Very dissapointed. Front desk seemed to not be phased by the lack of quality service.

The first room - beds weren’t made had to go to front desk to get a different room- no apology for the inconvenience. We had been on road 8 - 9 hours & it wa late.. breakfast was good. Stayed here in 2021 & it seemed nicer then.

Rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are nice. We picked this hotel to relax for Thanksgiving because they had a hot tub and pool . The hot tub only worked the first night and the pool was disgusting. It had dirt, hair and cigarette butts in it. Did look like it had been cleaned in a very long time! We were very disappointed

Staff were friendly, rooms are spacious, breakfast was good, and there’s a nice grassy area for pets to relieve themselves. That said, the property seemed poorly maintained overall- walls were scuffed all over, a hole in one wall, stains on the shower curtain… it was just an “ok” stay.

Our room had no towel bar or hook in the bathroom for towels. Wall repairs were done but never painted.
Lamp on desk did not work. Many of the outlets did not work. The table in the room was disgusting.

The tv never worked we asked both days we were on property to have it fixed to no avail.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We got in really late so we woke up right as breakfast was ending. Since everything was getting thrown out anyway, they let us fill up some plates as they were cleaning. It was very much appreciated. We have a long journey ahead of us so it really made our day!
