The stay was extremely satisfying, except for the part that the AC didn’t work well. But the staffs at the front desk were really helpful even during the holiday season. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

We had an early morning flight and opted to stay here because of past good experiences. Very clean, friendly staff and very close to the hospital and medical facilities. Early morning the drive across town to the airport was easy, 15 minutes.

Very good stay on all fronts, I'd happily come here again. Very clean, the rooms were nice and updated, plenty of parking, staff was helpful. I have no idea how it was so cheap!

One side facing freeway was too loud. We asked for a room on the other side and we were accommodated. Friendly staff.

We love this hotel, we stay here every time we are in Amarillo. Only problem we had this time was thy the hot tub was cold in the morning, both days we were there. This has not been the case in the past so I don’t know if they have changed what they do or if there is a problem with the hot tub itself. The problem was fixed the first day we reported it, we didn’t report it the 2nd day since we were leaving that day & wouldn’t have time to wait for it to heat up, it took a couple of hours to heat up the first day. Overall good e love this hotel & will be back next time we are in town.

Room bathroom seem to have water damaged and just patched up
Smell inside the room was horrible
I stayed one night to rest, but I will find another property if there is a next time
