Residenza Sole Amalfi

We had a very great time, the place is charming, with a warm welcoming and staff. The terrace is really beautiful and you can have your breakfast on it, really nice breakfast according to Italian standard. The room was clean, we really enjoyed it. Location is great, near the center but still quiet. Be aware you have to climb some stairs to get there, not so many stairs, but still.

We loved this cute little place. Full of charm yet very comfortable. Absolutely will stay there again when on the Amalfi Coast. The hotel breakfast was perfect. Just remember that it is 53 steps to get there but worth every one! Located right in the middle of town with all the nightlife, beaches and fun!

I was traveling with my 83 year old father and booked a night at Residenza Sole. After climbing the very steeps steps up to the building we already saw people waiting outside the building frustrated that there was nobody there. We waited a long time and tried to get in touch with the owner, the pincode for the door didn’t function . When she finally arrived she wasn’t very friendly and we had a bad feeling about the place. We asked if we could see the room and the answer was no, first she wants two passports or she wont show the room. It was a strange situation because she put the key to the room in the door and opened it and with the other hand demanded the passports. We decided not to stay there. I asked if she was going to charge us anyway and the answer was that its just a booking there will be no charge. Of course the next day the full amount was charged by Residenza Sole. I have decided to use *********** only to find hotels but not to book or pay in advance anymore. Rooms are hardly ever fully booked and its better to get a first feeling of the place and its people. *********** still tries to make you believe rooms are almost fully booked but i saw from experience this is never the case. Avoid Residenza Sole.

L unica cosa di buono di questo albergo è la posizione anche se alla fine è da rivedere anche questa xke comunque bisogna salire 53 scalini e con le valigie non è proprio una passeggiata per il resto zero su tutta la linea. Stanze con letti scomodissimi,pulizia camera da rivedere,l acqua della doccia non arriva e ti lasciano solo una bustina a testa di bagnoschiuma,colazione pessima senza nemmeno della frutta fatta su un balconcino dove se poco poco il tempo è brutto sei rovinato…nessun prodotto senza glutine nel 2024!!se di sera hai bisogno di qualcosa non c’è nessuno(al nostro rientro abbiamo trovato una signora che cercava dell acqua…niente)!perla finale non hanno il pos…cioè quasi nel 2025 dove ormai c’è L obbligo per tutti di averlo loro non c’è L hanno e sei costretto ad andare a ricercare un bancomat per pagare la tassa di soggiorno senza aver neanche una ricevuta!!!beh…giudicate voi

B&B situato in ottima posizione a pochissima distanza dal mare e dal centro storico di Amalfi. Hotel pulito con camere ampie, dotate di condizionatore. Colazione essenziale ma di ottima qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente

NO SE ALOJEN AQUI CORREN RIESGOS CON RESERVAS.Empiezo, mi esoosa y yo tenemos 71 años, cumpliamos 50 de casados y decidimos viajar desde Argentina a este hotel lLas reservas las hicimos con muchos meses de anticipacion. Segun ellos mi tarjeta no era valida, les pasé datos de 4 tarjetas y les dije que les pagaría en efectivo si seguian teniendo problemas con tarjetas. Les aclaro que las estaba usando sin problemas en comercios y hoteles en europa. Tardaban infinidad de tiempo en responder. Tres dias antes de ingresar mi señora se torció tobillo y les pregunto como hacer para ingresar, me responden que mi reserva fue anulada. Son gente nefasta, estafadores de la buena fe del turista que los elige. Me dejaron en la calle sin avisar, con mi señora accidentada y con 71 años. Vergonzoso, malas personas
