當天很晚才到扎金，預訂時顯示酒店可以幫忙叫車，當時沒找到酒店電話就讓客服幫我聯繫酒店，但是客服説聯繫多次無果，酒店人員很粗魯不聽完講話就把電話掛斷，總之沒有辦法完整溝通成功。後面我就給酒店打，一個男的語氣很不好大意就是説剛剛有個中國女士給我打電話叫車是不是你們，我説是的，她説你們能不能一個個打，這點已經很無語了，後面溝通過程中我説話他就打斷我，衹能他説。到酒店已經特別晚了，我趕了一天車所以洗了頭，但是！他這個吹風機竟然壞了，我就給前台打電話，結果他語氣依然特別差説衹能明天，我有點生氣因為提前檢查設施是他們的責任，我又不是沒付錢，我再次強調我頭髮已經濕了沒辦法睡覺，他不耐煩的重複衹能明天然後還沒等我説話直接把我電話掛了。從來沒遇到服務這麼差的酒店，本來去旅遊的心情好好的被這麼一搞真是吐了。結合前面提到國籍加上態度差很難不懷疑是歧視。感覺他們不是公司像是自己家的產業，服務態度十分自我不專業，不過有個女性前台態度挺好的，衹要不是這個老頭😅。過去給你送錢還這個態度真是服了，最好別賺中國人的錢

This place grew on us over the course of the week we spent there. The staff was super helpful, food delicious, rooms and hotel compound cleaned every day. The place did not feel crowded even though the hotel was full. There was no scramble for sunbeds on the beach or by the poolside, there were always some available. My only recommendation would be to add some flexibility regarding dinner options: We tried their multi-course dinner on the first day after arrival. The food was really excellent, and reasonably priced but there was just too much of it. A light dinner option would be a great addition to the menu. The snacks and meals that are available at the pool bar are great. We had the best Greek Salad there compared to all others we tasted elsewhere traveling the island.

What a lovely hidden gem, family run hotel staff amazing just what I needed lovely week away amazing weather Hotel and rooms spotless cleaned and fresh towels daily I have mobility issues and every part of hotel just a few steps away We were bed and breakfast and plenty of choice Meals around the pool area massive portions and reasonable prices Couple of food tavern next door good quality Seafront and always plenty of beds also around the pool Would definitely go back

Thank you Dionysis for your great hospitality. You are the main man, the heart of the hotel whatever me and my family asked for was never a problem fro you. Also thank you Stathis for your great service, for the great company and for advising us where to go in Zakynthos. Zakynthos is an amazing island, very beautiful and not expensive. If you want to eat in the hotel restaurant offers a different four course meal every day. So 7daysX4courses= 28 different courses a week! The premises of the hotel are very good, very clean and tidy. Our room was big, modern and clean, the pool is large and the private beach is very nice and just next to the pool. All the staff is very kind and very professional and hard working. It is a family run restaurant and you can easily feel the good vibes of all the people who work there. The hotel can arrange you taxis and boats to the main sightseeings in the isalnd like the tour to the Navagio beach and the tour to the turtles. All you need to do is ask Mr Dionisis and he will have that arranged with just a phone call! Me and my family spent a week in Belussis hotel and felt it was too little, i wish we had booked for more time, thanks to the people who work in the hotel we will come back for more amazing holidays! A warm welcome from the owners with friendly staff. All areas very clean and a good pool. The beach is a rocky outcrop so take beach shoes. Its tricky to get to open water. Stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice. Room 305 was a large third floor fabulous rooms (lift available) with a good sized balcony. An amazing space to watch spectacular sunrises. A quiet spot but enough tavernas to satisfy. A bus into nearest town (Tsilivi and to Zakynthos Town) a bargain for only 2euro pp each way. Especially if you want a little more going on. Would definitely stay again

We have spent 8 days at this Resort and have been very satisfied with the overall experience. Very clean, quiet, friendly owners, a great sea-view and swimming pool. You can access direclty to the beaches close-by and the sea is fantastic. Very comfortable location in the eastern part of the island, far from the crowded southern beaches and the possibility to make group tours to te different parts of the island. you need anyway a car...

We spent wonderful holiday at Belussi Beach Hotel. Owner and staff are very nice and helpful. We made a mistake at our reservation and no standard room was free, but they quickly solved this; instead of standard room they gave us junior suite for small extra fee plus welcome drinks. They also realized that my wife has birthday and organized special dinner (delicious!) for us, with special table, flowers etc. All this free of charge! Our suite war spacious, nice balcony and spotless clean, with everything we needed. There is kettle for morning cafe or tea as well. Hotel location is excellent, directly at private beach. Beach has plenty of shadow under the trees or umbrellas and is never crowded. Perfect for relaxing, quiet holiday. Very nice pool area. Poolside bar offer variety of drinks, cocktails and tasty snacks. At the leave we also received some gifts from the owner which was very nice gesture.

Our hosts Dionisis and his wife Aggeliki were wonderful. They greated us warmly on arrival and upgraded our room with a sea view without any extra cost when we checked in, which was a lovely surprise and also gave my partner a huge birthday cake on our second day when they heard it was her birthday. They also gave us some gifts on leaving to remember our stay with them. The perfect hosts. Dionisis has made his own map of the island which you can have a copy of, indicating various day trips and the best sites to visit on each day trip and even a discounted boat trip to visit the blue caves and shipwreck beach (if you say you are staying at the Belussi beach hotel) The hotel is located perfectly. Just a few kilometers north of Zakynthos town on the quieter East coast. This makes driving easier when travelling off to different parts of the island as the south of the island around Laganas is so busy being the main hub for tourists. We did visit Laganas to go to Turtle island and take a boat trip to see turtles in the bay. But Laganas was so busy it made us really pleased to be staying in a quieter area with less busy roads and attractions. The north of the island is beautiful with it's forests, 2000 year old olive tree and rocky blue caves around the coast. In ten days we managed to see the whole island and still have many beach and pool days when we wanted to take it easy. The hotel has everything you need to enjoy swimming in the sea and days around the pool. The breakfasts were lovely and sitting in the air conditioned restaurant was so relaxing with it's panaramic view of the coast. The poolside bar has superb food and I recommend the greek style pizza which was perfect. The grounds are beautifully laid out and have vine covered walkways with grapes hanging in easy reach places everywhere (best enjoyed in August we were advised) though my partner ate many anyway as well as fresh figs from the trees around the hotel. The hotel pool is a perfect size and the beach has many sunbeds under the trees providing some shade if needed, Our room was large and clean with a lovely sea view from the balcony. The staff were all so friendly throughout our stay and we had some lovely chats with them when they were on and off duty. Every one of the staff were friendly from the cleaners to the restaurant and bar staff. I highly recommend you hire a car for the duration of your stay. There are three local restaurants within 5 mins walk if you wish to walk to dine out away from the hotel and a supermarket is a ten minute walk through an olive tree lined road. But if you want to explore the island properly and explore what it has to offer you need some transport. You can use a taxi or a bus to explore but this would really limit what you can see. Just six kilometres north of the hotel is one of the best beaches we found on the island- Amoudi Beach. It appears to be a little discovered jem with so few people about. There is a cafe restaurant right on the beach

I always give a fair and impartial view. Owners and other staff very pleasant however the accommodation left a bit to be desired. Small kitchen area as you enter but 1 teaspoon and a glass. No pots,pans or cutlery. Is this a relic of an older design?

We loved it here. Visited in Sept with my husband and 20 yr old daughter. We all needed a break, we wanted to sit in the sun, wander around looking at local sites, read, eat good food and relax. I am very pleased to report that we did all this(and more). The hotel is at the quieter end of the island, we knew this and this is one reasons we picked it. There is a bus stop metres from the hotel and it was never too much trouble for the staff at the hotel to organise a taxi for us. Taxi's were reasonably priced. There is a small marina where we were able to hire a boat (with skipper) and take a wonderful tour of some of the islands wonderful sites that are only excess able by boat. There were several tavernas in walking distance from our hotel, the closest one says on Google that its a 'snack bar' but it is much more than this. We were able to sit and look over the ocean and enjoy a variety of dishes. The family owners of the hotel run everything and are very friendly and helpful. The Covid pandemic must have devastated them and its good to see their recovery. Its an older hotel and I loved its architecture, gardens and access to the sea. It sits in the landscape so well. The rooms are cleaned every day, with fresh linens and towels. I could go on but I won't. Suffice to say we had a great week and a faded sign at the front of the hotel did not impact my enjoyment one bit!!

If you have paid a few hundred pounds for a cheap getaway in Greece this place may be fine. However it is marketed and charged as a 4* hotel which it definitely is not. The photo used on the easyjet website is of some apartments down the road - not this hotel. The outside is faded and in disrepair and the rooms are the same. It is very old fashioned, basic and badly in need of updating. I had one lampshade but the other lights just had bare bulbs. There is an old, grubby kitchenette area with no utensils. The wardrobes have a couple of old plastic hangers but were not big enough to hang my clothes in anyway. I did have a view of the sea from my balcony and the very basic restaurant also has lovely views. We asked to be moved to another hotel but received no help from easyjet. There is another hotel 5 minutes down the road and we spent most of our time there. It is also handy for the bus stop to Zakynthos which is nice and well worth a visit.

When u come up to hotel u realise yoyr so far away from everything and looks old worn out x but once u get in reception u get greeted with lovely big smile x hotel rooms are big and very clean x pool beautiful very cold and right next to beach water Is very clear little bit rocky x if u want quiet and lovely chill holiday then this is place x breakfast is lovely plenfull x staff amazing so are owners x there is bus stop outside to take u in to zikintjos and tsvili very nice ride x but only 4 busses a day so taxi back if your late for 20 euros little shop just outside by big grey hotel on the side x few taverns for meals not very nice I tryed them all go in to town better food x never had meal in night in hotel its what ever chef cooks plus drinks salad for 24 each x do nice pool food enjoyed it more that taverns x

I cannot praise the hotel and staff highly enough! It was an amazing week from beginning to end! So friendly and helpful it felt like visiting family. Will return as soon as we can. Clean, peaceful, relaxing, beautiful gardens, private beach I could go on

This place is all about relaxing with wonderful staff and fantastic views ,this is Greece traditional Greece not your 5 star all-inclusive splash pools entertainment every night kind of place ,if this is your kind of holiday then this is not the place for you . Clean towels and bedding every day air-conditioning free very large room lots of hot water, ok not 4 star but this is Greece not Spain. Now for the food 😋 we loved not knowing what we would be eating for evening meal ,it's what's fresh that day and what the chef decides to cook, it surpassed our expectations and free wine or beer which was a great surprise. We will definitely be coming back to this little gem .
