We booked a non AC room. The manager is cooperative but the rooms are in terrible condition. The cupboard is broken, one of the two rooms we booked did not have a shower, no provision for warm water. Bed cover was old and musty. Woodwork everywhere seemed like hundreds of years old. One of the bed side lamps wasn’t working. Plates were not available and drinking water was not packaged water, there was a single filter on the 2nd floor. There is a nice common place and swing though. While in Varkala, I would suggest booking some cottage ( preferably AC ) with some more budget.

On the first day, the room I was given had non-working lights, and I had to change rooms. The next day, the air conditioning in the new room stopped working, leading to another room change. Additionally, the rooms had a bad smell, and I even found cat feces in one of them.
This experience was extremely unpleasant, and I expected better. I request that you look into this matter and consider appropriate action.

I booked the room for a family stay. But, overall the experience was poor. Untidy room, unsupportive staffs and poor service.

Neaby restaurant is available neat and clean
staffs are friendly food and snacks is very organic and also nature thoughts.

The hotel is walking distance from aluva station. Pt-he room was good. Neat and clean. And staff were co-operative.

OLD AC IS USING,NO BATH TOWEL PROVIDED, MORNING HOT WATER NOT AVAILABLE ,ROOM SIZE IS VERY SMALL.
