Neemrana's - Hill Fort - Kesroli

Very supportive stuff.. Food is ok... Only thing I found is it could be more clean Specially during rain walkaway becomes dirty as there is no doormat..floor of room becomes dirty. Cups in rooms were not that clean .. Water drips down inside room when rains.. Inside wall is damp and stained.. They should modify inside the room with proper construction .We stayed in AAKASH BURJ Room. Swimming pool is awesome. Room airconditioner is excellent. High tea is average..

Excellent place to stay and relax. High quality of service and high quality of food. Taste is excellent and they even have option for oven baked pizza. Swimming pool is decent. My kid enjoyed the pool while me and my wife relaxed. This is a hood place to stay if you just want to drive 3 hours from NCR. The fort also has this ancient aura and has history to boot. Lovely experience. Would like to thank Mr. Narayan who always supervised if guests were happy and had no issues. Spa service also top notch. Kudos to Neemrana Fort Palace team.

Awesome place in the lap of Aravalli. Tradition mix here with Luxury. Ideal place to spend few days in royal style. Food is tasty in traditional Rajasthani styles. The evening local Rajasthani cultural program is one of the best. A must visit place.

This was our second visit to the Hill Fort Kesroli - and over a decade in between... but the place has grown with more amenities, and things to do - depending on how you want to enjoy the experience. We stayed in the Abhaneri Suite and the duplex was well put up with comfort and heritage. The best part of the suite was that there was no TV... and rightly so... to just enjoy sitting up on the ramparts of the swimming pool area and look out. Food is fabulous - tasty, fresh and with enough variety to satisfy everyone's palate. Evening tea of veg pakoras, veg sandwich and french fries with cookies and tea and coffee leaves you with not much space for the sumptous dinner. But the best of it all - the staff...very friendly and very eager to help or suggest a better option. The only hitch is that there is no Room Service - my guess that the food from the kitchen will get cold coming through the maze of passages and staircases of the old fort! But it took less than 10 mins for house keeping to deliver toiletries to the room! An experience worth having.... possibly many times over...

Wonderful experience, co-operative staff,mr narayan singh manager of this fort is very polite and friendly person. We enjoyed the every moment and the food is very tasty thanks to the chef, I recommend to stay with your friends and family time to time for a peaceful stay

Earlier this year we had a relaxing day staying in Kesroli Fort. This was a unique place to stay, the hotel rooms blended in with the historic fabric of the fort, and it was easy to forget you were staying in a hotel. The Neemrana moto of being a non-hotel could not be better illustrated than in this property. Of necessity each room is different, and the maze of connecting passages can be confusing. We are both in our 70’s and the steep castle staircases were quite challenging for us. Although our room in a turret was small we found it comfortable. The swimming pool was the best we encountered on our trip and was only used by us as far as we could tell. We enjoyed lunch and dinner from the pool-side buffet – meals that had plenty of choice with veg and non-veg options. And the complimentary afternoon tea served in the courtyard was generous. On our second day we were taking an overnight train from Alwar. The Manager gave us a very generous late check-out which allowed us to enjoy the swimming pool again. We also had the privilege of meeting and talking to the group Chairman, Aman, whose vision underpins so much of that which is special about staying in a Neemrana Hotel. Even in the best hotels there can be something to improve. In this instance I would recommend looking closer at the guest arrival experience. After the somewhat daunting walk up the ramp to the main gate, the reception office was cramped and unfriendly.

The staff is super sweet and the food is great here! We told them that we came for a birthday celebration so they arranged a separate private dinner specially for us, made a special desert ***** with the cake! The high tea was also arranged ***** the pool side, all in all had the best hospitality here. Had a great time

The rooms are very comfortable with a scenic view. The staff is very welcoming and hospitable. Food is awesome. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety from South Indian to English breakfast. It’s truly a great experience, would definitely visit again!
