Neemrana's - Tijara Fort Palace

January was surely not the best time to visit Tijara Fort Palace. The place was shrouded with smog, no view and really poor air quality. Rooms were cold and there is a limited hot water supply. In our room we used the AC on heater mode to warm up the place, but after some time it refused to work on a temperature higher than 23 degrees Celcius. The swimming pool is not operational during winter season. We only stayed for one night before continuing to another Neemrana resort and we both agreed that one night was enough. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffets. Dinner consisted of mostly Indian foods, but there were some continential salads and a really nice canneloni bake. Breakfast was balanced with both continential and Indian options.

We had an absolutely lovely weekend stay at Tijara Fort, Neemrana. The food is excellent and the service staff are very polite and helpful. We stayed in a family suite which was big enough for the 4 of us. My husband, 2 kids (7 and 11) and I. Do have a drink at the marigold bar. It's lovely. A short drive from New Delhi. A must visit

The room was spacious , food was tasty and had variety, the staff was very polite and curteous. Very well illuminated and well maintained palace. This is 3rd Neemrana property that I stayed with. As usual everything was very nice. However the last one km uphill approach road to the palace needs leveling. I would highly recommend it if you want a quiet & peaceful holiday.

This was our third trip at Tijara! We were so impressed with our first two trips that we decided to get married here! And what an experience this was! Run by Neemrana, Tijara Fort palace is a fantastic venue and a fantastic hotel. As you enter the road leading to the palace and the place comes into view, the brilliant facade on top of the hill already impresses you and that lasts when you go up to the palatial complex. All the rooms are distinct and interestingly named after painters and designers. While palatial rooms such as Surya Mahal and Amrita Vivan Mahal charm with their palatial spaciousness (for instance Amrita Vivan has two private terraces for your own tea party), even smaller rooms have their charm. Pro Tip - If you are traveling as a couple, get a room in the Khajur Mahal! Below the restaurant with great views. Oh and talking of food, the food is off the charts and certainly blew our expectations being in the middle of nowhere. And the service at the place bests any chain hotel and goes beyond! Right from their Manager, Mr. Thapa to all the staff at the hotel! You can't go wrong going here! We will certainly be back! Thanks Tijara!

Stayed for one night. The property is huge and beautiful. Check in check out was easy and smooth. The buffet was great, had lot of variety both veg and non-veg. Evening snacks were also served which were warm and good. Staff was very cooperative and always ready to help.
