Neemrana's - Tijara Fort Palace

Obv the location isn’t great, but the property is lovely! The hospitality is awesome, definitely go there.

Worst experience ever ! We have travelled around the world & also to a lot of neemrana properties but this was our worst experience ever. The staff is very rude(most of them),they will show you eye balls and would go to any extent to prove you wrong. So we booked for 22nd april for 5 couples & we thought we would have a good time but from service to food(Our kids had smelly fish) everything was bad. There was only one server Mubarak khan in the restaurant who was very courteous and helpful. Mr mohit who took our booking from neemrana hotels never took our calls or even there staffs calls after we complain about miscommunication for a lot of things for our booking. Didnt expect neemrana staff to behave this way! Spoilt our holiday

DO NOT VISIT if you are lookin for great hospitality.We were 5 couples with kids n their behaviour their attitude was not better than hooligans.Properties like these run on hospitality n brand name but the staff was super adamant & was behaving as property belongs to them.management needs to do serious thinking. Im happy that my trip is over & im back home rather than being sitting with staff who shows no courtesy . Food was pretty average rotten fish was served & chefs were still trying to justify it rather than accepting the fault. There was no mention of a dry day while making booking n when we reachd we got the surprise .we had some stuff of our own so we settled on a rooftop but within 5 mins 3 different management group came that u cant do n kept standing on our head as if we are not leaving even when we packed up n were jus sitting doing chit chat & playing with our kids. Their behaviour their approach towards us was par below whats called basic etiquettes whereas drinks were going on at other rooftops so why jus us being targetted .never ever visiting any neemrana property again.

A very good staff in Tijar food quality is good, all over staff is very helping and serve the food on you table. Mr. Sandeep is very nice person in staff and Managers Sudip , Ashok kaptan, Chef Virender is good management……………………………………………………..

Captain Bheem Singh, Sandeep, Jitender, Chef Mukesh Sharma and Pawan served us really better. The hospitality is pretty nice. Only the dinner itself will make the stay worth the money. Jitender Kumar personally took care of our baby so that we can dine peacefully.

We stayed at Tijara fort from 18 to 20th of June, 2024. The place is awesome in terms of the concept. The staffs are extremely well behaved and courteous. Food is nice and the team is always ready to guide through Rajas delicacies. I must mention three people of the Hotel who were exceptional, Chef- Mukesh, Sandeep, Manish, Bhim Sigh and the entire team. Besides the place, the people also make your stay memorable.

Sandeep, Ashok, Bhim and Sudhir were outstanding hosts during my stay. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made my experience truly enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, they ensured that I felt welcomed and comfortable. They went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs and preferences, making me feel right at home. The level of service and care they provided was exceptional, highlighting their dedication to ensuring a positive experience for their guests. Each of them brought their unique touch to the hospitality, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. Whether it was through engaging conversations, helpful recommendations, or simply their friendly demeanor, they made a lasting impression on me. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. I am already looking forward to my next visit, confident that it will be just as delightful as this one. Staying here was a pleasure, thanks to the incredible efforts of Sandeep, Ashok, and Sudhir. Their commitment to excellence in hosting is truly commendable, and I can't wait to return and experience their exceptional hospitality once again.

I have been to this place twice. Once with my pet dog and 2nd time for a business trip. Love the hotel. Great views. The food is very, very good and so is the service. The only issue is that check in does not happen before 2 pm. During the business trip, we had a great conference. Highly recommend it.
