This charming house features an outdoor pool and is located on the Rio Paiva banks, within the Arouca Geopark. It is 8 km from the Passadiços do Paiva and within a 10 minute walk from various unique fluvial beaches. Featuring 2 floors, this house includes 4 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen connected to the living room and dining room and a large terrace where guests can eat and relax. There is a terrace covered with kiwi plants where guests can barbecue. Alvarenga is 7 km away and offers plenty of restaurants nearby, to dine in or take away as well as a pharmacy, a gas station and supermarkets. The village of Paradinha features fossils, and it is perfect for long walks, rafting, swimming and snorkelling in the cleanest river of the Iberian Peninsula, the Paiva River. To fully enjoy the region it’s advisable to have your own car. Viseu is 80 km away, while Porto is 89 km from the property. The well known Termas de Sao Pedro do Sul is 61 km from Passadiço Art and River House. Porto Airport is 98 km away.
