Nine minutes to Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion [concert venue fka Meadowbrook], eleven minutes to Gunstock Recreation Area [winter snow skiing, summer zipline/ropes course/hiking], and sixteen minutes to Weirs Beach [classic Drive In, arcades, boardwalk, beach, etc]. Three bedrooms with a queen bed in each one, den/playroom with bunk bed [two twins] and a single twin bed. Four heat pump/AC units, large 6-burner propane grill, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, HD cable, Mr. Coffee maker, K-Cup machine, clothes washer & dryer. Note: there are standard beds for nine, but the property can sleep up to twelve - three “full sized” Millard Premium folding beds with memory foam mattresses are available [standard cots are only 26” wide … these are 38” wide] Linens and bath towels provided.
