Venosa Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

From reception to the room service, impeccable! The room was perfectly clean, the shower an oasis. Friendly staff, they’re always there for slightest concern. Apparently kids are taken good care of, leaving private space for adults. Definitely will be back.

This hotel is absolutely incredible and I will definitely be coming back. My boyfriend and I just left after an amazing week here. The staff are absolutely amazing, so kind and make sure you’re having a great time everyday. There are activities for all ages that are so welcoming and enjoyable. The spa was so nice and the masseuses even gave us an extra half an hour free of charge. The food has a huge variety and the whole grounds are incredibly clean, including the rooms, bars, restaurants, bathrooms and everywhere. There are a lot of stray animals on site and they still manage to keep it clean. During our stay a cat gave birth under the stairs and the staff made sure she had food and water. We went on a trip to Didim for very cheap on the bus, as well as a river cruise to see turtles and go in a mud bath- very well priced and so fun. The water park is huge, they had a show on every night, as well as sports activities throughout the day like volleyball, darts, pool competitions, ping pong and many more. Not that we spent much time in our room, but the television has disney plus, netflix, youtube and prime video. I have been to 10+ all inclusives and this was by far the best one. I have to give a big thank you to Samet, a bartender we met who was so sweet. He had to serve a customer who was clearly very drunk, and he was so polite when personally I don’t think I could’ve kept as calm and respectful he was. He was so friendly and remembered us every time we went and saw him. Jakob was the man who recommended the spa and he was so nice to us, he gave us a discount and made sure we enjoyed it the next couple of days after. He really made the experienced fun for us even playing about with the water in the Turkish baths and pouring cold water on our heads. The only masseuse in the spa who’s name I asked was Suna, she was absolutely incredible and so gentle and caring making sure I felt relaxed, she was one of my favourite people in the whole resort. The three men from Diamond Entertainment (Rado, Mado and a small man) who ran the quizzes and activities were hilarious and made everyone laugh. They made sure everyone had a chance to join in on games and made everyone feel so included. Rado even sat down with my boyfriend and I for over an hour talking to us and asking questions, he is such a sweet guy. Overall the entire experience is amazing and we would 100% go back. Venosa beach is a nice hotel.There is a good variety of food,something for everybody. We found the main problem with this hotel was communication,most of the staff do not have communication skills and there was quite a big language barrier.There was a lot of activities by the pool and the animation team were very enthusiastic. The cleanliness of the bedrooms could be a lot better.The service in the diningroom was very bad and also there were very long ques for drinks in the evening.It is also quite noisy in the night time but this was due to other guests.
