去的時候下雨，酒店位置很好，周圍安靜，也有購物中心，早餐也不錯，廚房有咖啡，屬於在雷丁性價比很高的，好評！

After checking in & going to the floor with our room, there are dirty diapers sitting in the hallway causing the floor to have a terrible odor. Then after finding our room we walk into a cockroach on the headboard & there was a pink/red stain on the comforter. We reported it to the front desk & she told us a manager will be reaching out to us with a refund. Not only did the manager not reach out to us, she’s now denying a refund because the bug “looks like a moth.” She also said we could’ve stayed in another room, yet the front desk told us there was no other available room. Will definitely be contacting my bank. One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve been in.

This was my second stay here. I had no issues the first time but, after this second time it’s going to be my last.

The room is in need of an update and wasn’t well cleaned. There weren’t enough towels. The woman at checkin was very unfriendly and borderline rude

Our stay was terrible from the time we checked in and they charged the wrong card before arrival even though my confirmation states will be charged at arrival(still waiting on my refund 10 days later). Got into our room it was dirty, brown stuff all over the toilet, most outlets and USB did not work, had no wash clothes, no bedding for the pull out bed. When I asked house keeping for bedding she was rude ignored me continued a conversation on her cell phone and walked away, then I asked the front desk I was rudely tossed a fitted sheet only ( thankfully we travel with pillows and blankets). The breakfast was gross I wouldn’t even call it edible. Overall terrible experience unclean and rude staff.

The outlets were pulling from the wall and the hallways were so dark that you could not see who was in the hall if you looked through the peephole. The beds were missing a sheet so there was nothing between you and the comforter. The water from the tap was switched so that hot came out when you turn on what should be the cold water, which could be dangerous with small children and there was hardly any water pressure. The coffee maker had hair inside where the water goes and the fridge had a funky smell to it. We had stayed there a couple years ago when it first opened but we will not stay there again.

Our room was right across from ice machine and we were woken up multiple times with usage of the machine by other guests. Breakfast ran low on food Saturday morning many guests were upset.

Paid extra for a King suite and this room was same size as a regular room with more furniture shoved in. Shower, no tub; shower/toilet was separated from sink; sink was immediately as you opened door; cob webs hung ceiling; hallway smelled and looked of old carpet; breakfast was minimal day 1 was only eggs and waffles; day2 brunt sausage and eggs, no milk, juice only; had to get key card recoded every time I entered the room
