( FAMILY) Be careful before booking this Hotel Bellevue Specailly family. First they accept your booking 2 adults 1 baby Standard double room ( 2 Adults 1 Child ) Check-in date 14.02.2025 Check-out date 15.02.2025 ( 1 night ) Room Standard double room ( 2 Adults 1 Child ) Price CHF 338.00 dinner and breakfast. Then in few days you will receive an email by there staff. They charge extra 40 chf for 1 year old baby with or without bed !!! Which is not fair. For me it’s not about money, it's about right or wrong. If they had make me pay while my booking, I can understand but not like this!

As we arrived we were warmly welcomed by a receptionist. She immediately spotted where we come from and started speaking in our mother tongue, which we appreciated very much. In a friendly yet professional manner she provided all the information that we needed. The next day we wanted some advice and again Frau Stanislava Repkova provided great customer service and helped us a lot! What an asset to the Pilatus team she is! Our stay was fantastic, food was delicious and views were breathing! We will be back!

Bad thing first - staying in this hotel is expensive but we found it totally worth it. We booked a package which included the room, the ride up and down the mountain (either cable car or cogwheel train and you can decide to go up one way and down the other way), an aperitif/appetizer/4 course meal at the Pilatus Kulm restaurant in the evening and breakfast. I'd recommend booking this package on their website as it seems you can save a lot of money that way. Parking is possible at the valley stations for only 5 CHF a day (in June 2022). The hotel facilities itself are decent but nothing spectacular in itself. The rooms are spacious, you have a comfy bed, a water kettle and tea/coffee but no other special amenities. But what you can get with your room is a spectacular view. I asked beforehand for a room with a view on Lucerne and the Vierwaldstättersee and we got exactly that. Absolutely loved the view. Another bonus is staff. The check-in at reception was one of the friendliest I ever encountered. We got offered an ice tea while the receptionist Julian explained all the amenities and options we had. He explained where we would get our meals and we even got a small map with sunset and sunrise times and where to best experience them. A big shout out to Julian for being such a great source of information and being so welcoming, we really enjoyed the interactions with him. Both the 4 course evening meal and the breakfast are served at the restaurant in the Pilatus Kulm hotel and the food, service and location (beautiful big room) were great. On the mountain you have wild capricorns which seem to avoid the tourist crowds during the day but they did show up in the early morning and you could experience them up close. It's fascinating to see the ease in which they are able to climb the mountain. Would definitely recommend staying here for the experience and hope to back again for a second time.

Tolles Hotel in einer einzigartigen Location! Meine Frau und ich haben hier eine Nacht verbracht. Es hat für uns alles gepasst! Angefangen vom sehr netten Empfang an der Rezeption, die sauberen Zimmer, über das tolle 4-Gang Abendessen, dem guten Frühstücksbuffet bis hin zum sehr aufmerksamen Personal. Und dann natürlich das herrliche Panorama, einzigartig!! Wir werden diesen Aufenthalt in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten und können es weiterempfehlen, das selber mal zu erleben!
