Best stay ever. The dining area and the food was great; soft and comfy sheets; five minute walk to the Pilatus mountain trails; warm staff. Just perfect. Ps. That little cart that brings you up to the Pilatus-kulm and the hotel is free of charge if you are a guest. Normally you would have to pay. The hotel provides the guest with one ticket up and one ticket down so you cannot go down once you have arrived. Dinner and breakfast is included and they are both so so good.

ハネムーンで宿泊しましたが、スタッフの方がアップグレードして最上階の部屋にしてくれました。 スタッフの方々の対応やディナーはとても美味しく素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 天候の問題で景色は見れなくて残念でしたが、また旅行の際はこのホテルに宿泊してリベンジしたいと思わせてくれるくらい素敵なホテルでした。

雖説皮拉圖庫姆山在我們這裏並不出名甚至很多人都沒聽説過。但它對我的印象絕對遠超少女峯。接待熱情，退房時還給了紀念品和巧克力。早餐晚餐體驗很棒，還會再來。

唯一的地理位置，壯美的景色，精緻的歷史建築，典雅的餐廳和精美的晚餐。 一切都是難忘的。

It's our first stop in Switzerland and we stayed for 2 nights. Pros: - Comfortable and clean room with good view - Nice breakfast and dinner restaurant - Great experience staying at top of mountain with several hiking treks and beautiful sunrise, sunset and sceneries. - Some staff like Joshua, Restaurant and Yana, Front desk made our stay exceptionally wonderful with their services Cons: - Dinner menu for 2 nights are almost the same. Could have offer more varieties in case guest staying for more nights. - we had a tough time managing our luggages with cog wheel steps etc. Did get some little help from cog wheel staff eventually. In fact, the hotel could help with our luggages but we were not informed in advance until during check in. Even that, when we try to arrange the handling of luggages during descend, one front staff lady supervisor was not helpful at all. - Check in area was not clear enough. Strongly recommend this hotel for the unique experience to stay at the top of mountain with many activities.

Wir feierten zusammen mit Freunden den 60-sten Geburtstag meiner Frau im Pilatus-Kulm Hotel. Vom stimmungsvollen Nostalgie-Ambiente über das toll hergerichtete Geburtstags-Zimmer bis zum fantastischen Essen stimmte einfach alles. Das zusätzlich gebuchte Geburtstagspaket hat sich voll gelohnt. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich. Zuhause angekommen stellte meine Frau fest, dass sie im Zimmer ihr Ladekabel fürs Mobiltelefon vergessen hatte. Als wir die Reception anriefen, teilte uns die freundliche Dame mit, dass das vergessene Kabel bereits mit der Post zu uns unterwegs sei! Wow! Einfach super! Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Pilatus-Kulm Team!

Très bel hôtel dans un cadre juste magique. Une chambre de bonne taille à la literie très confortable, une salle de bains moderne avec tout ce qu’il faut, une vue imprenable Le personnel aux petits soins, très aimable, qui prend le temps de tout expliquer notamment le coucher et lever du soleil. Et ce plaisir indescriptible de se retrouver privilégié après le départ de la dernière cabine et du dernier train. Un cadre sublime avec juste le son des cloches des vaches. Les bouquetins qui font leur petit tour, juste du bonheur. Le lendemain un très bon petit déjeuner à déguster tranquillement avant l’arrivée des touristes. Avec l’offre spéciale qui comprend la montée et la descente en plus de la demi pension, le prix reste très raisonnable. À faire sans hésiter.
