Our family of eight recently stayed at Welcome Hotel by ITC in Jim Corbett for three days and two nights, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home, especially Himanshu and Virender, whose hospitality, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out. They were always there to assist us, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is breathtaking—nestled on a hill with stunning views of the mountains and the Kosi River flowing below, creating an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, each featuring a personal balcony with a mesmerizing view and a small garden that added to the charm. One of the best parts of our stay was the delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions, leaving us completely satisfied. High tea was a delightful daily ritual, and we even enjoyed a fun session of Tambola in the evenings. For activities, there was never a dull moment! We played cricket, badminton, carrom, foosball, and even tried our hand at archery. The hotel, being built on a hill, had golf carts to take us around, which made moving around both easy and fun. A great touch was the two EV chargers, which were convenient for guests with electric vehicles. This hotel offers the perfect blend of luxury, adventure, and relaxation. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with exceptional service, a beautiful setting, and endless activities, this is the place to be. Our stay at the hotel in Jim Corbett was truly memorable. The game room was a highlight for our family, offering plenty of entertainment and fun. It was a fantastic space to bond and unwind. Additionally, the high tea experience was exceptional – we enjoyed it while taking in the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, with the sunset adding a perfect touch to the atmosphere. The overall service at the hotel was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. Very good service all staff was helpful, especially virender and himanshu. Also chef Sohan was very helpful and listened to all out dietary requirements. Also various activities were fun. Pool area is nice and relaxing as well. Thanks to all the staff who made it wonderful for all of us.

Great trip to the amazing place. My wife and me came to enjoy our honeymoon trip. It was unforgettable moments created in my life. Great place for vacation. Would definitely come again to enjoy more. The housekeeping, Front Office and service was excellent. It was incredible.

The hotel's modern amenities and immaculate rooms were impressive, but what truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the General Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From checking us in promptly to addressing our every query and request, was courteous, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about making our stay special. The entire team deserves praise.
