I was on a businesses trip in Kazakhstan for one year ，this is the worst experience ，i eat in the restaurant，when i paid，Payments are not showing on my phone，So I asked the waiter if the payment was successful，she said yes and show me the receipt，When she delivered the meal, I said again, no payment on the phone，but she said that you have paid。Then I ordered another drink and when I paid she still said everything was ok. But at night, people from the hotel came knocking on my door and said rudely that I didn't pay, I'm a thief. I explained, it was your people who said I paid。but She continued shouting in the hallway said I cheated on them. Then I paid, the problem is the woman's rude attitude，It's your fault, why are you so rude to the guests？？？？

這裏離汽配城car city很近，人非常雜亂，在主幹道邊上：所以非常吵鬧，內部裝修及配置較差有異味，早餐也是非常糟糕，稍微好些的是：馬路對面有個大超市，酒店入住的中國人很多，且對面公寓樓小區應該民宿很多，據説有不少中國人居住，還有首次使用yandex go打車過來的時候是到酒店後門（在一個破舊的小弄堂裏面），要繞一大圈才到正門入口，不懂俄語的要注意！

房間設施陳舊，空調不涼快，靠近主幹道，有點吵，服務打掃衞生，催了三次到第二天下午四點多都還沒打掃，體驗感不好

房間挺大，但是兩邊都是走廊很吵，衞生間很大的黴味，床套很大的肥皂的味道，床墊不舒服 前台小姐姐人非常好，幫忙查找巴士 餐廳很大，早餐種類不是特別多但是齊全，挺好吃的 這個酒店離市區不遠但是交通不是很方便，旅遊不建議住這裏

Отличное место удобно во всем. Комнаты чистые большие номера. Завтрак тоже понравился огромный выбор блюды. Номер полу люкс очень понравился. Как оформят номер сразу водичку клиентам предоставят. Данная гостиница очень понравился белье чистый двухспальный диван мягкий приятный. Спасибо за обслуживание.

離市中心較遠，阿拉木圖堵車嚴重，所以進程不是太方便。酒店環境很一般，

We had booked through Qatar Airways Holidays and had only choice of this Hotel. It is a terrible hotel without any proper service. We had booked for two queen bedroom and was not given when we reached the hotel. Breakfast is very bad. Rooms are not clean. Sofas are dirty. Never choose this hotel!!!

Hotel is very comfortable & clean, Staff is very nice, always trying best to serve. We had comfortable stay here.. Best thing is hotel design, it's very authentic & gives Kazakistan feel, all walls has some artwork & lights which embrace the experience. We stated 4 nights here & asked for extra bed which is additional cost but very reasonable cost. Breakfast is very good & each day they serve different food & everything is very tasty. It's value for Money for us !!

The check-in was okay but received some weird questions about potential smoking in the room. I am a non smoker and still had to justify that I wouldn't engage in smoking? Positive: Nice hard bed with comfortable pillows and good quality linen. Across the road from Small supermarket and a decent fast food place with a variety of international cuisine. Negative: No swimmingpool as heavily marketed and promised in the information from *******, No massage service available, Breakfast was a complete joke and I only had some watermelon before leaving for another hotel, TV was not working or maybe it was the remote control, approx. 15 minutes before getting hot water in the shower. Would I stay here again, I don't think so.
