Located in a strategic position, in less than 5 minutes by car, (3.5 km), you can reach the most famous long stretches of sand of Salento with the always green and crystalline sea: nature to say the least Caribbean. The villa of this announcement consists of: - Living room furnished with new furniture, wall equipped with 32 'LED TV, 6 seater opening table, two seater sofa bed. - Kitchenette: the kitchen is equipped with pots and pans for 6 people; - Bathroom with shower; - Double room; - Bedroom with two single beds which can be joined into a double bed if required; - Fenced outdoor area, furnished with garden furniture, brick barbecue; The veranda is ideal for outdoor breakfasts or dinners with sea view. All beds and sofa beds are equipped with new hypoallergenic mattresses, protected in turn by removable hygienic mattress covers, which we supply and replaced at each guest change for greater hygiene for you and the mattresses themselves.
