We arrived in Allepey and managed to find this lovely place. Umesh showed us around and we instantly loved it. It was perfectly cleaned. Nice and clean rooms, beddings. The owner came around within 10 minutes. They are just perfect host. If we had to pay double, we would have happily agreed and stayed there. Beautiful Seaview. Umesh (caretaker) is just amazing, and the owner as well. They told us about local elephant rides, which we went to. We stayed 2 instead of 1 night, as we loved the place. There are few places not far, and they charge double the amount and it's not very clean. So if you are in Allepey and looking for a place, that is clean, quiet, Ocean view and price that is just perfect, this place if absolutely recommended.

Worst property and staff. Cons- mosquitoes, low quality metress, bed was 2 single beds placed adjacent to make it double, while sleeping both beds will go in opposite directions and you will fall in between their gaps, hotel person will tell you to leave your footwares at entry point of property and walk/ roam bare foot. Inside your room as well as property. Very small room, 1 towel that too of small size basically face towel. Wall fan with missing outer cover makes that dangerous. While checkout wanted to take my phone and rate the hotel himself, i said phone is dead. Overall 0 rating, nothing is good about it.

Very small rooms, narrow road to the hotel, no dining facility. . Only near the beach. . Not suggested.

The rooms are great, it has a good balcony view of the beach. Rahul here has helped us with local guidance and was generous. Overall it was a good stay.

Pine beach resort is a good property near by sea. Cleanliness also good. Here workers are very co operative and this property will give good vibes.

The rooms were clean and spacious, affordable price. Caretaker rahul was very warm and welcoming. Nearby beach and good cafes
