The hotel was recommended to us by friends and we were not disappointed! The room, spa area and surroundings were spotless and the staff very welcoming and helpful. We slept very well (the bed was huge and comfortable) and it was nice to have space to spread out in the room. The only improvements would be to include a coffee machine/kettle in the room, some wine glasses (as we brought leftover wine home a couple of evenings) and conditioner in the bathroom. Otherwise it was perfect! The spa was fantastic, I almost fell asleep in the relaxation room to the wonderful sound of Enya on loop. The sauna and steam room were perfectly temperature controlled and large enough to accomodate multiple people comfortably so it never felt crowded. I also managed to use the pool once and it was lovely, and it's a nice touch that they also serve drinks poolside. I'd have spent a lot more time there if the weather was better during our stay! The real difference to most places is that staff couldn't do enough for you. We are frequent travellers but due to the timing of our trip we found it tricky to find restaurants and walking routes as it was early in the season and many places had not reopened for the summer yet. We received excellent recommendations from the hotel and they assisted with reservations and suggestions of places to visit which made the trip great! We will certainly return if we visit the Dolomites again!

We stayed here for a week, and it was an utterly memorable experience. The rooms are large and the breakfasts are exhaustive, before a day of walking or skiing. What makes this place so unique and special is the level of care from all members of staff - they want to make your trip as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. This really is first class Italian hospitality. The spa is immaculate. It exceeded my expectations and I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is also located in one of the great spots - the Agordo Valley is a very special place.

We absolutely love La Maison! it's by far the best hotel run by the best people you will find anywhere in the world. A lovely place with beautiful rooms and their services are all super high quality. It's the best place to stay and I definitely recommend this establishment for anybody visiting this region!

What sets Hotel La Maison Wellness & Spa is the lovely family that operates the hotel. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful and kind. They really go above and beyond to ensure that you have the very best experience in the Dolomites. La Maison is located near the end of the canyon, which gives it fairly easy and direct access to Marco Polo Airport outside of Venice. While La Maison is relatively easy to get to, it is right in the center of all that is beautiful and interesting in the Dolomites. We visited in winter, and there are so many nearby ski slopes, as well as areas with groomed trails for cross-country skiing. This is a wonderful place and we will definitely be back in the summer.

Arrived to a very friendly and happy receptionist. The room was clean and as described. The staff were very helpful and kindly lent me a charger for my laptop. The complimentary bus service is an added bonus and the hotel was happy to drive me to town for dinner outside of normal hours. My stay was very relaxing and it was always a pleasure to see the members of staff. Thank you and I will definitely be back.

The skiing was great. Family owned business . Treated like family. The best service. Great ski shuttle service they should be nascar drivers there safe and fast. Definitely went out of the way to make our stay the best.

All of the staff was exceptionally nice, very personable and attentive to all the guests.. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast selection was very good with plenty of choices. The location was great with plenty to see and do nearby. It was very quiet and we had a great view from our room.. Thank you for being so friendly and kind.

The service and attention is so professional and friendly We met some lovely guests who have been returning for 20 years and I can see why. I needed help fitting chains NY eve despite a busy evening Erik the proprietor helped with this difficult task his wife Alessandra is always there to ensure we are always happy as is Filippo their son. There is a curtesy bus to and from the slopes, nothing and I mean nothing is a problem. This hotel is a definite 10 out of 10 for everything 🥰🥳 All the staff are friendly and Manuel the barman makes the best cocktails 😋😉
