This cute and modern 340 sqft tiny house is an unique Airbnb experience . With all custom work inside and out it’s a must see ! Located on the beautiful Upper Iowa river in dorchester Iowa . For a romantic couples getaway , fishing trip or small family retreat, it will make your trip a special one .
It features 2 open loft bedrooms ( one on each side )
1 room with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds.
Downstairs futon can sleep 1 more adult/child.
-propane for grill and firewood are not provided with this rental. Please bring your own firewood/buy it in local town. There will be a tank at property that can be filled in town as well.
-3 night minimum stay required for weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).Pet fee is $50 per pet per stay..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
