OYO 12244 Hotel JK Palace

Please do not get fooled by the pics of these hotel on google, Booking. Com, MMT Or Tripadvisor. This is the worst hotel stay one can ever have and the dirtiest one with bad behaviour of staff. I have a list of problems begins here :- - Overall quality of room was poor as it never felt clean infact a lot of corners were with spots of Tobacco and especially the bathroom was not clean. - The housekeeping service of no use as they just used to mop bathroom & Broom the room nothing called toilet cleaning and they won't change towel until you will tell them. - The uncle on reception ( Golden hair old one always eating tobacco) would show attitude and was of no help the behaviour was really poor. - They will change your room behind your back even if your luggage is completely open and be shameless about it. - There are only 4-5 channel on TV ans they will tell you that the amount of money paid for room is not enough to recharge the full TV hence only basic facility is there. - Internet service is not there the Jio net is always down. - From flies, to mosquitoes to ladybird to dangerous grasshopper will enter your room but the hotel has no mosquito repellent infact if you tell them to keep something in room they will keep the door open letting all these dangerous flies enter in room in bulk I'm evening. - They let people sleep on the floor on each floor of the hotel in the lobby area who not only cause disturbance but also create an environment which is unsafe. - They don't stop drunk people at night creating ruckus on the floor and they don't even stop them from knocking the wrong room Or abusing. - Property is so dirty it need serious renovation - lift is in poor condition there is no maintenance and it is very much unsafe - All fire extinguisher are stacked on ground floor in lobby - No breakfast buffet it is personal order in room which cause delay although food is the only factor which was good. - Except for basic cleanliness overall quality was really poor of the hotel - Power cuts are normal and it takes 15-20 min before generator comes on - Tap water generally would get over in the morning and Hotel team will act surprised So kindly do not and never ever stay in this property ever.
