Hotel Shivam

Hotel is situated in best location only 10 min waking distance from new alipurduar station, hotels staffs behaviour is polite, we are happy with stay there. Food quality is also awesome and very reasonable price they are provided best foods, room was neat and clean, bedsheets and pillow cover was also clean, bathroom is also neat and clean. Only one point is disappointed to me that is hotel is not provided 24*7 power supply, they are dependent on city power supply. We are suffer almost 40min without fan and light, so that point is slightly disappointed. I'll rated this hotel 5 out of 4. Thank you!

Terrible experience - avoid this hotel i recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. The rooms are extremely old, outdated, and poorly maintained. Everything felt dirty and neglected, from the worn-out furniture to the malfunctioning bathroom fixtures. It was clear that no effort has been made to keep the place in decent condition. To make matters worse, the reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment i arrived, they were dismissive and acted like they couldn’t care less about their guests. I would never ever stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. There are much better options out there for the price, with staff who actually value their guests. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

Food was good. There was no amenities. At-least basic hotel amenities should be there. Room was dirty. Person sitting in the reception seems like not bother.

Overall nice. Nearby new alipurduar railway station. Good clean room with clean linen. Provided room was with big balcony.

Yes, shivam hotel a good location near to the railway station & market. The hotel room price is also affordable between 500 to 2000 the room it's neat & clean. Food service is also available as you wish for customised food to be prepared. Overall good so i'm rating 5- excellent.
