Villa Pela

I was there with my family. Everything was amazing, the pool was gorgeous and clean, the place was clean, very well maintained, the host was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor area is carefully designed. A free parking is right by the villa. Wanna came back already. Matea, Slovenia

Villa Pela is situated on the outskirts of Aliki 10 minutes walk from the beach and the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area is lovely. The room clean and cool. Yvonni our host looked after us very well. Aliki is a lovely Greek fishing village great restaurants and lovely beaches. We would definitely return.

Over the phone the son was very kind and helpful. However once we arrived, the mother who let us in was in a horrible mood and disrespectful. No early check-in, and insisted to leave all our bags outside in the sun until the room is ready 4hours later. She gave no insights or recommendation for our stay. Any question asked to her was dismissed with no respect. Every time we saw her she was peeking out of her apar**ent to see whether guests are behaving and quiet in the pool area. In the pool rules and restrictions are set in such a negative way. The rooms are very minimal with very limited organiser space to put our clothes & belongings. Some towels were not replaced while they were clearly put on the floor to be changed. Too bad, the hotel has definitely potential, if only the person who seems to manage it knew what the hospitality business is all about. The father who was on the property was very kind and always smiling and greeting guests.

Siamo arrivati in questo hotel con non poche difficoltà visto che è situato nel bel mezzo del nulla e il pullman ci ha scaricati all’ultima fermata distante 1,5 km pieni di valigie e due bambini al seguito. Arrivati finalmente a destinazione sotto il sole cocente ci siamo messi a bordo piscina per aspettare che la camera fosse pronta. Intanto i nostri bambini hanno fatto un bagno in piscina ma li sono cominciati una raffica di “no” da parte della proprietaria. Era vietato anche respirare per non disturbare la quiete, ma con 2 bambini piccoli e maschi normalmente vivaci cosa potevo fare? Ogni cosa che facevamo sembrava infastidire la signora che non perdeva occasione per richiamarci. Ci siamo sentiti molto a disagio e per questo abbiamo usato la stanza solo per dormire, passavamo tutto il giorno fuori. Bisognerebbe segnalare che i bambini (eccetto quelli robotizzati) non sono i benvenuti. La stanza era spaziosa e confortevole ma non c’è l’asciugacapelli e bisogna andarlo a chiedere (come pensavano che ci asciugassimo i capelli? Al vento?) per quanto abbiamo pagato potevamo ricevere un servizio decisamente migliore. Abbiamo girato circa 5 hotel diversi in questa vacanza e nessuno ci ha riservato questo trattamento!
